I have been going there for a long time and have always ordered the Mackinaw Island Fudge ice cream. Today when I ordered it, it tasted like frozen peanut butter. If they changed this flavor, I will not be going there again. I absolutely hate peanut butter flavor.

I didn’t appreciate being lied to by people that said close at 8:00 pm when the sign outside and on the website says closes at 9:00 pm. That’s not how you regain my business. It’s absolutely a shame because the ice cream is great. The customer service is no good at all.

I like their daily grind malts however they seem to be out of that icecream selection more than having it !!! Another time I tapped on the window to see if anyone was working and they bit my head off

I wanted a banana split not their supreme. who wants choc, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream in their split, not me. that’s not what i ordered. And $15.00!!! i could have bought the groceries to make multiple splits for that price. no thanks.

This ice cream shop offers tons of choices, from classic cones to shakes, malts, and more. We tried both a shake and a malt, and they were delicious—rich, creamy, and full of flavor.

We used to love rusty malt but in the past few months quality of service has tanked. Last time I ordered the girl told me they were out of something so I picked something else but she didn’t want to “run outside to get it” which after asking her to she proceeded to make faces at another coworker which I assume were directed at my request since she was clearly annoyed. FYI you can see the whole store through the drive through window. Tonight after going back they gave us 2 kids scoops- after ordering a single scoop of each…. for the price of $8.50 it was comical actually it was less than 1/4 cup of ice cream…. My husband thought I was pranking him. I felt bad for the two girls actually working tonight while the other 5 just goofed off. Kudos to you two with quality work ethic. You deserve a raise since you’re doing the work of multiple others.

Blue Moon ice cream has long been my favorite flavor, but isn't the easiest to find in ice cream shops. Not only was I excited to learn Rusty Malts has Blue Moon, but I was ecstatic to find they also have another variation called Playdough. It is Blue Moon with chunks of colored cookie dough. I mean, come on! This is what ice cream heaven looks like for me. Haha
