How hard is it to read & put together an order? Really. Not only did I order a plain McDouble (every other location gives me cheese & two patties), they took OUT the cheese & replaced it with onions. Who’s the genius on the line putting these orders together?? Come on, we got to get it together. My receipt even says “McDouble, only cheese” — cheese no where to be found.

Hello,

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for many years and the entire staff has always been quick, friendly, and professional. This is a very well-run store.

However, I want to highlight one employee in particular — Oscar. I see him often, and he truly stands out. Not only is he efficient and attentive, but he takes the time to greet customers like friends. He remembers people, makes conversation, and creates a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

If he is not already in a management role, I believe he would make an excellent store manager. He represents the best of what customer service should be.

The food comes out right but the service here is horrible. They don’t greet you at all. There are people standing in line to order, a lot are older folks and they staff doesn’t approach them at all and when they do it’s almost a burden to them. Not everyone knows how to work the kiosk machine. They need to be more attentive to their customers. No one smiles

Experienced some unexpected attitude from staff before we even entered the establishment
 and then they didn’t have two items from our order (frozen blue-raz drink and happy meal toy), they were “out of stock”..! I’m not impressed, but at least the dining room was half clean. Tables still dirty and one trash can over flowing

This McDonald's is one I like as well, workers are polite and place is mostly clean, but sometimes it takes a bit long for food to come if it's a mobile order

Besides the McDonald’s app Being trash, your staff is terrible. They don’t know how to acknowledge inside customers, and they acknowledge drive thru customers. I’ll leave reviews at this location every single time until they hit one star because that’s what they deserve. This place needs a new owner
