When you order food you should get what you order. Missing a chicken sandwich from my order and not cheese on my Big Mac. I asked for no pickles and got no cheese. Also no salt on the fries. Really?

Sometimes you go to McDonalds and have low expectations cause the food is fast and usually tastes ok. Then sometimes you find a McDonalds where the food tastes so good it reminds you of being a kid and eating McDonalds for the first time and your eyes got real big. Cause the food was delicious. The fries are crispy and salty, the burger is juicy and the cheese melted perfectly to accent the meat. The onions have flavor and shape. The nuggets are somehow crunchy and fluffy at the same time. Well this is that diamond in the rough McDonalds. Glad I found one.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I order breakfast through door dash I pay .40 for an extra maple syrup and every time I never get it with no compensation

Manager is rude. It took 3 minutes for someone to wait on me. When manager took my order, he charged me and walked away. I waited for my receipt. It took him another 3 minutes to come back and give me my receipt. He was rude when he handed my receipt. As he turned away he said he would bring my food to table. When I entered restaurant he didn't acknowledge me and my family. But yet when white folks entered he was so respectful and nice. And then an African man walked in and again rude to the gentleman. Manager is so busy at drive thru window. Manager rolls his eyes if he doesn't want to come and serve. Not a good Manager. As my family and I were eating, people whom are working at mcdonalds start scrubbing and cleaning near our table. So disgusting. On top of that lady was sweeping. Come on. I hate that. I so say don't go there.

Worst McDonald’s! The staff there act as if they don’t understand you and they messed up my order! When I ask for a simple substitution on a sandwich I was told they didn’t understand it, but when I got home realized they didn’t even put the sandwich in the bag but gave me a mc chicken instead of a burger! The staff here has defiantly changed over the years for the worst!!!!
