Good food! The level of service really depends on the staff on duty when you visit. Some care a lot more than others, they are more attentive, courteous, and have an urgency, especially when there are several people waiting. I had some of those bad staff members yesterday, 🤷. Better luck to you!

The napkins ran out when I needed extra napkins for my meal. It would be helpful if there was a better and visible sign that directed people to the pick up counter in order to pick up online orders. Otherwise, the food was good.

The employee's in this location need better customer service training. The people at the register in the front are fine. It's the people that handles the pick up orders. They suck. Also the pick up area is very tight it's difficult to get your order.

Very rude staff at online pickup

We came in and ordered a toasted bagel and a bowl of soup. It took over ten minutes and the bagel wasn’t toasted. I politely brought it to the attention of the young lady in the front and she rudely said to tell the people at the pick up window about it. Waited six more minutes for a toasted bagel. Customers who have paid and waited should not be kept waiting after the house makes a mistake.
Just a sloppy operation. They need to pull it together.

Went there to work after a early morning meeting. Nice place, comfortable, nice staff. Very good coffee and muffins
I had a disappointing experience with an extremely rude woman, who I believe was the manager ( 8:30 PM 10/14/24, she was sweeping)
I helped a homeless man load his bag because he was struggling and about to drop his drinks. I moved a small end table by the kitchen window to the drink area to help him load his bag without spilling anything. I informed the manager that I had moved the table, not the homeless man, to ensure he wouldn't get in trouble. However, she started watching him closely, making me feel bad.
As I was leaving, I apologized to the manager about the table, and she suddenly became aggressive. she leaned forward , her eyes bugged out, and she snapped, "STOP TALKING ABOUT THE TABLE!"
I was shocked by how hostile she was over such a small matter. I've been a customer here since the location opened and I have never had an issue, but after this experience, I won't be returning.

The nicest Panera I have been all my vacation.
I joined Sips club and went on a tour of the country. This was the nicest and cleanest Panera by far. Everything well stocked, restroom clean, upholstery on the booths well maintained.
Would definitely come back here if I were passing through.
