If i could i would give 0 start, worst place i ever been. Dirty, loud chaotic place,longest wait for order i ever had. Just pathetic, it should be closed

In another’s Panera restaurants they make very good the drink. Principally in Fullerton & Elston. They’re amazing.

The level of service really depends on the staff on duty when you visit. Some care a lot
more than others, they are more attentive, courteous, and have an urgency, especially when there are several people waiting.
I had some of those bad staff members yesterday, 🤷.

The napkins ran out when I needed extra napkins for my meal. It would be helpful if there was a better and visible sign that directed people to the pick up counter in order to pick up online orders. Otherwise, the food was good.

I complain to them on their website, it has been up and down for years, I go to many locations, the coffee is different, the people work there are different.

TIA NEEDS DISCIPLINARY ACTION OR TO BE RELOCATED TO A DIFFERENT POSITION. SHE HARASSED ME AND MY FAMILY AS WE WERE DINING IN AND EVEN CALLED SECURITY. MY FIVE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER COULDN'T EVEN FINISH HER FOOD IN PEACE.

The employee's in this location need better customer service training. The people at the register in the front are fine. It's the people that handles the pick up orders. They suck. Also the pick up area is very tight it's difficult to get your order.

Very rude staff at online pickup
We came in and ordered a toasted bagel and a bowl of soup. It took over ten minutes and the bagel wasn’t toasted. I politely brought it to the attention of the young lady in the front and she rudely said to tell the people at the pick up window about it. Waited six more minutes for a toasted bagel. Customers who have paid and waited should not be kept waiting after the house makes a mistake.
Just a sloppy operation. They need to pull it together.
