Staff are not trained in Customer service - they don't greet and the person making the drinks (taller heavyside lady w glasses) looks pissed and was not friendly - failed with first and last impression - been in the hospitality business myself the place did not feel clean either ( 12.22.25 @ 11:45am)

Horrible experience, asked a simple question in regards to scanning for reward points. Staff seemed irritated and gave an explanation of they just don't do points.

This was the best starbucks until they fired pretty much the entire staff, which caused the rest to quit. Even after I moved out of the River Forest area, I drove an hour out of my way twice a week for over a year to see the lovely baristas here and get "my usual." Not anymore. Today was my last visit to this location after the incredibly lackluster service from Davierre, who made my very simple order wrong twice.In over a year, I had never had this starbucks miss a beat even once until today.Speaking to friends of mine who used to work at this location (because yes, that's how often I visited them) I can truthfully say that I am disappointed in upper management for their awful treatment of the former employees here. I wish them the best, this starbucks, however, not so much.

This Starbucks location needs to bring their older employees back I’m not sure where they went but the new employees are clueless as to how to do their jobs!Also, I witnessed the new tall employee waste ice water on a customer.

I came from the a different Starbucks I had ordered a strawberry açaÃ, it wasn't made properly. I had left that location so I kindly asked for a remake especially cause it’s a refresher which is really easy. The Asian girl that works at this location, I didn’t get her name , already had an attitude and said I should’ve did that at the location I got it for , so I told her it’s happened to me in the past and no one has ever had an issue with it. She then said their Starbucks isn’t affiliated with the rest. If I was being a difficult customer then I understand not trying to help , I’ve worked in customer service before but that wasn’t how it happened.if people hate their jobs so much then quit. Simple as that.

The barista there wasn't the brightest. How do you forget your first customers drink. Yet the easiest of them all. A simple mango dragon fruit lemonade. She was terrible with service and disorganized. No staff either.

Dietary restrictions: I love their customer service they help you especially in the morning it's better to go in the morning than go in the afternoon when there's a lot of people but besides it is because I work right next to it And there's always sales.
