Staff was rude and food wasn't what you would call good. Food is not the best of food, and the man serving it was cold (no pun intended) and just plain rude. Just visit a different location as this one is not the greatest.

We popped into this historic location while touring around. It lives up to the reputation it has earned. Awesome ice cream treats and memorabilia surrounds the restaurant. We visited in November which is not busy season and waited about 15 mins.

We had to stop in to this historic site for a taste! We were not disappointed! We come from Cincinnati...home of Graters. Hard to beat that! Staff were very accomodating and professional. I would stop in again for sure!

Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream is DELICIOUS. It is worth the wait if there is a line. We went two days in a row because . There were too many delicious options and I wanted to try more.

My favorite ice cream is Rocky Road.I'm new to the Chicago area and I've gone to a few Baskin Robbins in the area. Once again, no Rocky Road. I'm beginning to think it's only sold in the South. I decided to have a banana split. Now, it's been awhile since I've had one but what happened to putting "ALL" the good toppings on the split? If I'm paying about $6 for a banana split, I want everything on it.i got the 3 scoops of ice cream, bananas, carmel,whip cream,nuts and cherries. What happened to the pineapple and chocolate toppings?
