I have stopped by this DD on my drives out of O’hare heading home to Chicago a few times now. Here are some of my observations: Coffee is always fresh and they make a delicious Croissant with Egg and Cheese. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating if you want some fresh air and sunlight. The drive through is efficient and never too busy. The service has been super inconsistent ranging from apathetic to dismissive and impersonal- it’s a DD, we don’t expect to make a bestie but have some manners. Basic ones like greeting people. So the vibes are definitely off- do drive through or hang outside - don’t try to do a friendly neighborhood thing of walking in and grabbing a bite to get yourself together before a long drive in crazy traffic

Another Dunkin', another donut. Donuts were good, but nothin' special. Coffee is always good. One of my least favorites of the chain is the sourdough breakfast sandwich. Eggs always seem rubbery, and the whole thing is just very dry. This is the same through the many stores I have gotten this at. At least I can say they are consistent.

I just want to say as a local for the past two years, this Dunkin never fails me. The customer service is always spot on! The young folk who work through out the seasons among the other staff always make the best tasting coffee. I swear the coffee and food always comes out just how I want it. Remember to give your food workers some grace, great place always quick with it and tastes good while staff is friendly.

They are independently owned franchises operated. However, I applied to work at DSC, the distributor for the Illinois area, and was met with Racism.

Poor customer service for some odd reason they never get our order right , obviously if I'm paying for my item I'm going to ask for what I ask for , I've been in food service for 8 year and know the importance of customer service, getting upset because you got the order wrong it's not the customer fault there for attitude is definitely not necessary.

Went at about 7 am. Their DT line was long so I went in. Was instantly helped. The cashier was very polite and gave great service. Everything was nice and fresh.

Their selection of donuts is getting less and less... I need to find another donut shop now. Their little croissant sandwich was wayyÿyy overpriced. I don't know if I'll get it again.

I ordered the medium hot coffee with expresso shot and one sugar . It was 6 am and I was the only one customer even though they put the cream in it . Unfortunately I didn’t check my coffee before I left ;(
