First of all I do not mind if you make mistakes. I worked at a restaurant before and I made mistakes all the time. But never did I refuse to give a customer a condiment they are missing. My only problem is with the rude cold hearted woman who refused to give me the salt I ordered. Not the other workers. I ordered through the drive thru and they did not put any salt on my fries. The fries are the only reason I come to MacDonalds, the fries are the best. But without salt I cannot even taste the fries personally. So I come back to the drive thru and there was 3 cars in front of me. I knew it was going to take a long time. So I ask the gray haired lady with glasses at the first window for salt. She points to the front. I show her my MacDonalds bag and ask for salt again she points to the front. I ask for salt again. She ignores me. So I get out the car and walk to the first window in front of all the cars and finally they give me salt for my fries. I'm wondering why she would not give me any salt. Without the customer, there is no MacDonalds. She would not hand me any salt. That was rude and crazy.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. Service was quick and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Places ordered at dinner time precisely 5:03 for app delivery advised expected delivery 5:30. At 5:35 checked tracking stated still in progress. 5:40 pm started a chat was advises store was closed. Then another driver supposedly picked it up to be delivered within 15 mins as of time of this post 6:03 no food and then told refund is 3 business days. Door dash or McDonald's which ever messed up have lost a local customer. No one was helpful and store did not answer the phone. This location is always an extended wait and does not deliver the correct order in person, or otherwise obviously. Do better McDonalds truly awful experience.

I waited 15 minutes on the second take out window and realized multiple cars were getting their order before me, so I decided to park my car and go inside.
I inquired regarding why my order was taking long in comparison to the cars in the first take out windows. This woman rudely claims I've been waiting in the curbside pick up the whole time but in actuality I only parked there for a moment to go inside and ask about my order.
She wouldn't listen to me when I said that I've been waiting at the window for a long time while watching other cars get their orders before me while being parked on the second take out window. And, they got my order wrong but I was fed up to go ask for it to be corrected.
