I waited 15 minutes on the second take out window and realized multiple cars were getting their order before me, so I decided to park my car and go inside.
I inquired regarding why my order was taking long in comparison to the cars in the first take out windows. This woman rudely claims I've been waiting in the curbside pick up the whole time but in actuality I only parked there for a moment to go inside and ask about my order.
She wouldn't listen to me when I said that I've been waiting at the window for a long time while watching other cars get their orders before me while being parked on the second take out window. And, they got my order wrong but I was fed up to go ask for it to be corrected.

How do you forget the main ingredient? And why don't you update your location. You don't want people to know you moved 3 blocks west? Long wait in the drive through 2 days in a row. And they use the screen for the lane that is closed instead of the one you order at.

I wish I can give this place zero stars. Unlike another McDonald’s you can’t order something else while at the window, they tell you to go all the way back around. They are also extremely rude! While asking a question we got the window shut in our faces! Lastly, they give you wrong items. Sticking to Schiller park McDonald’s. They don’t deserve my money here.
