Love the BBQ, and the young lady cashier is very nice and courteous. The pork tips with mild sauce, are cooked well and tender they don't boil them but if they do you can not tell. They are fully grilled cooked
I’m from Tx and can Q so BBQ expectations was high. They met all of them. No cap, it taste like big mamas plate. Ordered the rib, wing, and link. Potato salad and baked beans. All on point, can’t wait to come back. If it’s a long line and wait time, gotta be worth it , and was! Chef’s kiss!
The links and sauce were excellent, which is the only reason I gave 3 stars. However, the portion size and toughness of the ribs after a 30-minute wait were disappointing. I’ll stick with the 97th and Halsted location, as they’ve always been consistent and never let me down, which is why I decided to try this location in the first place. The cashier was awesome!!
