I have visited this location numbers of times with no problems. But this time I placed an order at the drive-thru, the guy who took my order stated the total at $16 and cents. When I get to the window it was a woman asking questions about my order. Not knowing until later she overcharged me. I truly believe it was on purpose because she didn’t issue a receipt for ny debit card payment. My first thought was to ask her for it, but unfortunately I let it slide, when normally I do. I checked my bank account, sure enough she charged my debit card $28.87. I can’t dispute it. I will go back there!!!!!

The food is good...customer service is really good...the cooks just need to pay more attention to the little things. When I ask for No Onions...I always have onions on my steak tacos.

The mozzarella sticks wasn’t what I expected. It was over cooked. The Joey’s in Justice , IL mozzarella was way better. Extra Stringy cheese and all??I was looking forward to stringy cheese but it was not stringy enough here. I hope they get better at making them smh
