I’m not sure if they are under new management or what but the food has not been good recently. They added a Live DJ but should have payed more attention to the food.
I can truly appreciate great food, great service, and a great environment. That is what you will find at Ruby's.
The food is really delicious but most of all was the great customer service. I was treated with respect and had no stress as I explained the issue with a past order. I really appreciate their customer care… The pound Cake is addictive so beware!!! I warned you!!! Enjoy!!!
