I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service my husband and I received during our recent visit to your establishment. We had anticipated a pleasant dining experience but unfortunately encountered several issues that were quite disheartening.
When we arrived, we were instructed by the person in charge to sit down and wait, without being asked for our names or any other details. We patiently waited for over an hour and were never assigned a table. What was particularly upsetting was witnessing other guests being promptly seated upon arrival while we continued to wait. These guests did not seem to have reservations either, as we overheard them being asked for the number of people in their party.
Our party consisted of just two people, and yet we were completely overlooked. This lack of attention and respect is shocking and indicative of a disregard for customers' time and experience. Moreover, it felt as though we were singled out and treated differently from other patrons, which is entirely unacceptable.
Given this experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to your establishment and cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to others. A fundamental respect for customers is a critical aspect of any service-oriented business, and unfortunately, this incident has shown that this principle is not upheld at your restaurant.
I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues mentioned to avoid similar situations for future patrons.

I love Chilis and the food is always on point. But on this occasion, the service dampened the experience. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there weren’t very many people in the restaurant. Our server placed an incorrect order for the table, entrees came out at different times, and our server didn’t check up on us for anything else.

I ordered thru door dash and the delivery time kept changing. Chilis said there was a delay. We waited about an hour. The food was thrown together in a cardboard container that was not sealed very well. The food was warm and had to be reheated. It was very awkward trying to warm it in the cumbersome box it came in. No plastic ware/napkins were included. This is unacceptable.
Just as long as you have the right server it's worth your money!!!

came in was informed there is a wait gave my info we went to waiting area a party of 4 came in and were seated than a party of 6 the same still waiting don't mind it's Friday than a party of 2 came in and were seated right away the 2 girls at front desk were to busy joking and laughing among themselves the only one really working was a young man seating people coming these 2 girls knew I was waiting but did not inform the young man it's sad there is 3 people working the front desk and only one working while the girls just juicing the clock and leaving all the work to one person not cool
