Went 5/24 was seated around 8:12 pm forgot our waiters name but she was really good always checked on us and was friendly and topped off our drinks without even asking and the food came out fast and honestly was really good my first time ever trying chilis will def come back it’s packed I’ll admit that but it was worth waiting plenty of stores to go nearby

On this Memorial Day holiday, I thought I would have a good time at a restaurant and I said I would stop by this restaurant with my family, unfortunately it wasn't like that, I ordered the dishes for my family including the drinks, but my margaritas never arrived, I finished eating and still my drinks hadn't arrived which had been 30 minutes since I placed my order, maybe even longer. I went to ask for information about my drinks personally since I had already asked the waiter, but he didn't solve anything, I went directly to the person who makes the drinks and asked how long it would take to prepare my drinks, which he didn't care about my order at all, the manager came to my table to tell me loudly that this person was very busy, almost yelling at me. I give this restaurant 0 stars for taking half an hour for two margaritas / 0 stars for the manager who came to speak loudly to my table.

Just went in for lunch sat at the bar got the 10.99 meal my check was 16 and change i gave the bartender 40 so she can crack a 20 so I can leave a little extra tip. She only returns the 23 and chage from the 40 I had another 20 in the table I was about to leave her a tip and leave and she grabs another 21 from the table. I did question her and she tells I didn't charge you. I'm like but your giving me 23 in change. I just said ok grabbed the money and still tipped her on top. Got to my car to count my money I had 16 dollars in my I had just cracked a 100 at the gas station. So I had 62 bucks. So I ended up paying 46 freaking dollars for a 10 dollar burger. That is not OK. This is why I never go to those freaking places!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Online ordering is incredibly deceptive/misleading. My experience has left me feeling scammed and unlikely to order chilis to go again. 1. We ordered 2 ultimate smoke combos. The website auto-fills the meat and side options. Our expectation was that it would default to the advertised ribs, tenders and sausage, however it defaults to tenders and 2 sausages. Literally the only thing that does not default to the advertised photo is the ribs and we were left with the lower-value option. The website shouldn't default to any options, so that the customer has to select each individual option to proceed. 2. The option for tip amount is at the very bottom of the screen UNDERNEATH the Google pay options. Hitting the google pay button completes the transaction without showing you the final cost. There us no honest reason not to show the FULL total before presenting payment options. And it defaults to a 20% tip, which seems excessive for takeout. Those are only the tricky details we came across. Definitely will not order chilis to go again or recommend it to others.
Overall average experience everytime. This has been my local Chilies my whole life. Always average/a little below average. Generally pretty slow service, microwave reheated food, and your lucky if the server refills your drinks once. But I mean... its chilies so 6 months or a year from now I'll crave it, then go back, and rinse and repeat.

First time at this location, First off we were told its a 25 minute wait, but there were like 9 empty tables, and like 7 families waiting, I don't see how they work this situation, someone asked why they had to wait if there were empty tables she said just to keep it open, so ridiculous.

there was hair in my food when I called the worker was telling me there’s no proof so there’s nothing she could do so she put me through the manager and the manager was very rude refuse to give me a refund it was very aggressive

Sat for 30 min not one person took a drink order. Multiple employees walked by and were standing around in the back. At one point Simeon said they would be right with us then proceeded to keep walking past doing anything and everything but start an order. Terrible service.
