I haven’t been here in years but went back and the food is much more high quality all the food was fresh, crunchy and hot there was a 15 min wait but once you’re seated the food is out in mins

Tried to eat here with my wife and daughter at 5pm and told it was a 40 minute for a table, despite there being 20+ visibly open tables. Many other families were also waiting because the manager presumably wanted to save those tables for bigger parties that hadn’t yet materialized.
Terrible service and experience at a restaurant that we attend frequently on weeknights... apparently they’re only happy to serve us when they’re not busy. Really disappointing and short sighted approach to business.
My daughter left in tears, because it (used to be) her favorite restaurant. Way to ruin our Saturday night.

Went before 12 in the afternoon, wasn’t busy at all. The host walk pass my husband and I a couple of times so did other employees a simple “ we will be right with you” or “hello” would have been nice. So type of acknowledgment so we just don’t feel like we are just standing there. It took 15 mins for our alcohol drinks which we thought of server might have forgotten it because we were almost done eating when they came out. We didn’t get an apology or any acknowledgment that they took awhile to get back to us. The mozzarella stick were also burnt. We Will not be back at this location. Please work on simple customer service care

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. We sat at the bar & waited a very long time before the bartender came over to us. I Ordered the Sante Fe Salad, my friend ordered a steak. Our food arrived but we were not given utensils or napkins, I had to get up & retrieve them for myself. My salad was not correct so the server took it back to be re-made. I waited over a half hour while my friend ate her steak, the bartender ignored us that entire time. We finally caught his attention & he went to the back & brought me what was basically a house salad with some chicken on top. It was missing all the things that make it a Sante Fe Salad. I didn't want to send it back again as my friend was just about done with her meal. I pointed this out to a manager, he was very disingenuous with an apology. My salad should have been removed from the ticket but it was not. I contacted the corporate customer service & received a very cold "form" letter apology & they threw me a $20 gift card which I don't plan to use. Hardly makes up for the miserable experience & the awkward situation of my guest being uncomfortable eating her meal while I waited over a half hour for mine, all while being completely ignored by the bartender. Not to mention, the bartender didn't ask if we wanted anything else, I believe my guest wanted dessert. I won't be returning.
In my professional opinion, Chili's does not meet the standards of a neighborhood bar and grill. The food lacks inspiration, and the service is subpar. During my recent visit, I sat at the bar and was only able to order one beer with my dinner, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a quality dining experience.

Overall, the food at Chili’s was good. I dined here with my girlfriend and we tried the triple dipper due to recent popularity on social media. The sliders and the cheese sticks tasted great, except the chicken was a bit too tender for my liking. Definitely recommend it as a nice appetizer to share with friends and family.
