Of course this isn't going to go for everyone but a lot of things in my room were inoperable. Both phones in my rooms didn't work, so some guy had to come up and fix it. Fridge made noises all night. Vanity mirror didn't work. Other than that I had a lovely stay
My fiance and I stayed at the Hilton recently in Springfield and it was so nice!!! The room was clean and the bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The only thing I don't like is that they have was their bennnigans in the hotel. Hilton, believe me. Upgrade!! I think the place would benefit so much from a nicer restaurant. We didn't make it in time to enjoy the steakhouse or we would have.

Pretty nice. The accessible 2 bedroom is spacious. Has 1.5 bathrooms and couches. Although there are two accessible parking spaces on each floor of the garage, spaces were limited. It was still loud with other guests and the train.
