We ordered 2 large double crust pizzas. What a great disappointment. They stacked 2 pieces of dough on top of each other, smooshed it down, put our toppings on and baked them. The dough was so dry, tasteless and stale - very dense. We spent nearly $40 and they were inedible.

Francis's pizza, meatballs used to be so delicious, had them last night and wondering if they're buying them pre.Made now definitely not definitely not the great taste they used to be. Sorry but the ingredients seemed cheap.

Frances' Pizza in Riverton, IL is a great family Italian restaurant with fantastic food and a casual atmosphere. We ordered toasted ravioli for an appetizer, the Pasta Misto, a mixture of different pastas, and a the deluxe thin crust pizza. The pizza was awesome because the crust was perfectly crispy and light but held all of the generous heaping of toppings. The pasta was great as well. The waitress was very friendly and the service was excellent. The food took just a little time because it was fairly busy, but it was worth the short wait time.

Got referred here by friends and definitely not disappointed. The atmosphere just has this nostalgic feel, like you're sitting at your favorite restaurant when you're a kid. The service was so very friendly, with a wonderful family vibe. The food was absolutely stellar. My daughter is very picky and she says the pizza is the best she's ever had. Very big win on that one. The chicken Alfredo was so flavorful. I'll take this fantastic little gem of a restaurant over olive garden any day.

The food was amazing and the service was incredible. It did take a little long for the food to come but before we had come in it was packed. We will definitely come again.

This post is pretty late. We ate here 4 or 5 years ago right before they were closing. I had just lost my father and we were driving back. They took such good care of us even though they were closing up for the night. And the pizza was very very good. Were from Chicago so we know good pizza. Wish we lived closer we'd eat here every week.

The service was horrible. We had to wait forever for food. The didn't bring our appetizers until the brought our meal. The waitress never came to even give us refills on our drinks.

Awesome people great food with great prices!!
A little hole in the wall but they are friendly. The food was mediocre pita bread for gyro too hard and way too many onions and tomatoes. The gyro sauce was not that great. My cousin said the baked lasagna was ok and his son said spaghetti was ok but not as good as when I make mine with prego sauce, edible food.
