I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. The lettuce was very watery head lettuce. There was avocado and chopped tomatoes on it. They did not season the chicken at all. It was just a cut up piece of breast. I had to add salt and pepper which barely came out of the shakers so I had to take the lid off. The salad with tip ended up costing me $27 for watery head lettuce. I’d never go back. Very disappointed. I would have rather bought a bagged salad at the grocery store which would have been better. My friend had the skirt steak which had no seasoning too. Overpriced also.

Ordered crab cakes Benedict, horrible! My only question is was there really even any crab in the ground up mush that I got? Potatoes gave me instant heartburn, so needless to say it’s a one and done for me. Not to mention rediculous price hike that doesn’t reflect online prices.

First time here. I was kinda iffy since I have had a lot of bad experiences when it comes to trying new places, especially restaurants but man the food was Amazing to my liking! The portion you get incredible, I had leftovers to bring home. Yay! Our server Marciano was attentive & quick, he also was kind enough to bring our table 2 brownie desserts with a candle for my husband & sister in laws birthday. While outside the busser Juan was kind enough to take a picture for my family. We got the pleasure to speak to Dina who was very sweet and funny. Definitely coming back! Oh by the way, try the mimosa flight! Delicious.

Made a stop at the brunch factory. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t amazing. The servers move very quickly and kinda rush you to take your order. They aren’t too familiar with the menu, everything I asked about the response was umm yeah it’s good or yeah most people get it so I think it’s good. The food looks and is presented amazing but lacks lots of flavor or is overly salty.
The steak was super tender, great cut but lacked salt and pepper. The breakfast burrito was overly salty. The French toast was super stale. The Pancake stack looked fluffy but was extra hard and the syrup never seeped into the pancakes.
So I gave the food a 2/3 star.
And was better than my hotels breakfast

Had the beet salad, that was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, it was served in a bowl, which made it very hard to eat and the knife at the table wasn't sharp enough to really cut through the mixed greens. My friend had the bagel with cream cheese and lox and thought it was delicious. We sat at a table and we both felt that the table was too high for the height of the chairs and made eating awkward. Maybe next time will request a booth.
Dietary restrictions: Would be nice if they had some gluten free items.
Had the Irish skillet. Canned corned beef hash, frozen potatoes. Solid 2 of 10. Dogs will enjoy

I think in today’s day and age it’s harder to find a good breakfast place that delivers consistent quality. To be fair this is my first and last time eating here. Service was good, no complaints there. Atmosphere could definitely be better. Maybe turn on some music and the heat. I see plenty of people with coats on. But my main gripe would be the food. Nothing was hot, barely even warm. The first bite I took of my skillet was a big chewy piece of fat. Then my French toast is just drowned in the sauce it came in, so soggy and cold it was. The crepe was also cold. I gave them a chance and tried a variety of foods but I can’t say that I enjoyed any of them. At least have the food be warm. Personally wouldn’t recommend, but hey you could be lucky. Good luck.

We were there on Saturday 3/22/25. Where do I even start; from the moment we walked in, we felt taken care of!! Huge shout out and big hugs to ‘Burbank’! He is just a lovely man!! We were extremely late, as we were coming in from the far Southside of Chicago and used the Kennedy. OMG, what a big mistake! We were 45 minutes late when we finally arrived to meet our cousins, who were having an adult beverage at the bar when we arrived. They had a table for us almost immediately after we used the facilities(terribly long drive). Once seated, our server was so kind, attentive, and never pressured us to order, to finish, or to leave. Checked on us regularly, cleared things as needed, brought us fresh water and adult beverages quickly and all with a genuine smile and kindness. SERVICE and FOOD were OUTSTANDING!!! I ordered from the separate specials menu the Country Bennie, 2 others ordered the Chorizo Breakfast tacos from that menu and the last person ordered the signature special Brunch Factory Pie from the regular menu. All 4 of us ate as much as we could. The food was soooooo good; the kind of good where you keep eating even though you’ve already unbuttoned your pants because you are so full. All 4 of us walked out with boxes too as the portions are that large. Wishing that they were located closer to us! Suspecting if they did, I’d need a whole need wardrobe due to weight gain-LOL ;-) We will always stop there now when back in the Riverwoods area! Thank you All!!
