I highly recommend the Brunch Factory. The food is great and service is attentive. They have great coffee, espresso and frappe options. You have to try the baklava pancakes, what a masterpiece! The yogurt parfait was made with fresh berries andcrunchy granola. Try the eggs Benedict or skillets. We came in for brunch and everyone left happy and satisfied. The head of management Dina came by our table to make sure we were enjoying the food. Definitely will return soon.

My hubby and I had the best chorizo skillet and chicken fried steak with gravy the other day at the Brunch Factory. Ive had many other breakfast items here as well and all were delicious. Coffee is just right too. Portions are huge and the staff are friendly and attentive. We prefer this place above all the other brunch places in the NW Chicago area. Great service, food and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

First time I ate at the restaurant it was outstanding. Second time I ordered in on door dash and my husband ordered a corque madame croissant and it was completely burned on the bottom. Definitely not ordering from there again.
