The bathrooms here still smell bad. I've been coming to this location for a year. We stopped for coffee and the coffee we wanted was empty. We asked the clerk about it. They said it'll be a bit. After waiting still no response. The people making food in the morning are fantastic. They do a great job. So this location is hit or miss.

The service at this location is horrible. Employees seem extremely unhappy, probably due to low pay, which reflects on poor service. For what they are charging, it is clear that someone is profiting from this place, unfortunately, not employees.

This panera bread has to be the slowest I've ever been too , all the employees seem like they don't wanna be there. 20 plus minutes to wait on a sausage, egg and cheese.

Placed an online order to go. Received an email at 11:34 stating it was ready for pick up. When I showed up to the drive through at 11:40 the lady stated my food was not ready yet. I told them I had an email letting me know my food was ready and she said that they were short staffed and my food wasn’t really ready. I waited in the drive through line for 18 minutes! Didn’t gets my food until 11:58.. my smoothie was complete liquid and wasted my entire lunch break waiting in line.

They messed up my order by giving it to other people. When others complained and showed that their food was wrong they took it back next to where they were cooking, and it looked like they were going to give it to me to complete my order. Disgusting. Send the health department.

It is a real shame I have to write this about this Panera. Despite it being in a really nice neighborhood, this Panera is the ABSOLUTE WORST I have seen in my life. The majority of the staff is extremely rude, the service is slow, and it's a 50/50 if your food will come out correct. The restaurant is not tidy most of the time. The managers, especially Stacy or Stacey, are all unprofessional and also rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

I hate to write a negative review, but I don't think any Panera is equipped for an efficient drive-thru experience especially if orders are made at the box. I usually order thru my app and they are always made on time, but I would not recommend drive-thru pickups especially if customers ahead of you have made their orders there. On four separate occasions, the wait was at least 15 minutes and my food was "cold." I highly suggest that this location adopt the Vernon Hills model where the drive-thru is exclusively for mobile pick-ups.

I went into the restaurant to pick up an order and there was this rude old lady who bumped into me and said that she has to verify the orders. This is unacceptable behavior. They need to talk to her and make sure that she learns her place and learns how to be more customer friendly approach to everyone.

I was waiting in line, wasn’t attended although there were no other customers. I had to call out to get attention of the staff. I asked bagels to be sliced (3 times) yet not done. Asked for half dozen, was given only 5. Had to swipe the card multiple times. Panera - do you train your staff?
