I like Panera bread food, but this location? Their service, their process of completing the order, their attitude - all COMPLETE DISASTER, WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. They just seem they dont want to work. Then they should be all fired or quit and do something else.

Waited 5 minutes for food even after got confirmation, “It’s ready!” text. Not a big deal but then, got 13 tomatoes on a order that said no tomatoes? Feels incredibly excessive and purposeful. Also had a hair in my food, so poor food handling and disgusting. Incredibly disappointing and want my money back. Of course it was a high schooler from Stevenson.

0/5 stars. Disappointing experience with this Panera Bread location. Twice my to-go orders were incomplete, and I even received the wrong bread type. Poor management and inefficient staff especially the ones who are working in their kitchen. They have lost a customer. I will never return to this location and will warn all my friends and families as well.
Ordered the picked 2 with the chicken avocado BLT and at home when we opened the sandwich we didn't have avocado or the bacon. We also ordered salads with chicken and didn't get any. Very disappointing. The kitchen needs more training. Over priced fir mediocre food. I used to love panera.

This is a popular location that gets very busy - especially during the week at lunch. There are numerous businesses on the lot and harder to find parking in front of Panera and sometimes you have to make a few circles.
They have a variety of seating configurations inside including a group table with high stools. It is updated decor and layout inside.
