Our delivery guy was awesome. Hunter had a smile on his face and he was very polite, he is a great guy.
Had my order messed up twice.
The first time I called the store and was met with a rude female who told me they would send out the correct item, which I never received.
The second time my pizza was so greasy I couldn’t eat it and it was underdone. I also had asked for light cheese and received extra cheese. I didn’t bother calling because of the first experience.
I’ll chalk it up as another loss and just avoid Dominos from now on.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. Jessica is very rude and not cut out to be a manager. We got the message that our food was ready and when we got to the window were told it would be a while for our food and was told to pull around. we said no and tried to ask what the problem was and she proceeded to shut the window and walk off.
