Ordered thru drive thru. Service was fine but the mashed potato's and gravy had a chemical taste to them. Most horrible tators ever.

The worst KFC I have ever been in. We were the only ones in the place when we ordered. We were told white meat would be about 6 minutes. No problem. Several more people walked in. Almost 15 minutes later there was a tray on the counter so I went to look. It was 2 plates of dark meat and a pot pie. I said where are the sides? What sides? The cold slaw? And isn't that dark meat. He said yes, we don't have white meat. I said aren't you going to cook some. He said I don't know. So a bit later he brought us cold slaw but no chicken. So I asked and he said no white meat, still didn't know if they were going to cook any. By this time most others had left and we got 4 scroungy pieces of white meat that were not extra crispy. We ate them quickly and left. We had been there almost an hour when we finally got food. Awful!

Our food was hot and fresh but wow it was a long wait. We were in town for a sporting event and knew we would all be hungry after. I ordered 2 family deals on the app to be ready at 6:15. We arrived a little after that time, and they were still "cooking the chicken." OK. No big deal. We got our food after being there for 25 minutes. I am not sure why the process took so long as my order was placed 30 minutes before arrival, and then we still had to wait. Short staffed? Was there a huge rush? Had to thaw out more chicken? IDK. No explanation or apology from staff. The food was hot in fresh. It's just an extremely long wait for who knows why.
I never get what I order it's like they don't listen when ordering.wont be back get it together kfc !!!!

Worst KFC ever. Hours of operation are a joke! Closed at 9:30 on a Friday when the internet says 10 and closed at 3pm today... the Saturday of the rodeo... not even open at all tomorrow...

We went through the drive thru with a large order. The staff was super friendly and polite. They filled our order perfectly even though we had a few special request. Even if they are short staffed they were nothing short of amazing!
I REFUSE to eat here until they bring back the buffet.... The buffet was the ONLY reason I came here in the first place.... I haven't been here since they got rid of it.... And I'm definitely NOT the only one doing this... I'll NEVER be back until they fix this issue...

This KFC has a veryClean and comfortable feeling atmosphere. It’s a cozy place to sit or order thru the drive thru both of which are easy and fast with freshly prepared food served hot. Experience was one I would recommend to ask

Man, let me tell you about my experience at KFC. It was straight-up nasty! The place was dirty, and I couldn't even enjoy my meal because of it. I hope they step up their game and clean up their act. Definitely not going back there anytime soon! ??
