I visit family in this area 2 or 3 times a year. In the last 5 years, this McDonald's has NEVER had a frappe available. Each and every time I have visited, the frappe machine is broken, or frappe's are unavailable for whatever reason. I love McD's frappe but obviously this store has a real issue.

I love McDonald's everyday I have for breakfast Egg McMuffin meal. Then when I get to go at noon it's always ( not kidding) it's a Daily Double SM , MD,LG. It depends on what my suger level is.

I walk into the establishment and all I hear is an employee cussing and complaining about other employees and manager in charge was standing there and not said a word to the rambling employee. It sounded like I was entering a down scale bar.

This is far and away the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. And I’ve been to some crappy McDonald’s. Speaking a a former employee at a different store, I can tell you that if our place had run like this, our managers would have been handing out pink slips. It’s so bad that my 7 year old son doesn’t want to come here anymore because he doesn’t want to wait. And he’s not wrong. Almost every single time I come here, I have to wait for my food, usually for 20-30 minutes. Then I have to waste my time going back in because there is ALWAYS something missing. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I’ve had it with this store. There isn’t an excuse of being “short staffed” or “they’re just kids” that can give this place any grace. They’ve had multiple attempts, lots of complaints and show no signs of getting better. Management here needs to be fired, or trained better or something. This place will never get another dime of my money and I hope others will choose the same course of action until the owners of this store take some responsibility and fix the issues. Shameful.

Slid thru on the way to hotel for an orange hi-c on the late night. It was amazing as it was so hot out. The ladies working were so nice.

This not only happened once it happened twice..i asked for a 6 piece chicken nugget and they onky gave me 3 nuggets!!? I get you guys are rushing but take the time to count how many is there. Id like to not pay for more then i get .

Ordered my food on the app, went inside to pick up, it took over 5 minutes for someone working to acknowledge I and the other people waiting in the lobby were even there. When I got my food, it was all cold. I couldn’t wait to get fresh food because I was on my lunch break and didn’t have the time. Overall, this is usually my experience EVERY time. If I could rate lower, I would.
