Just so sad that this store has gone done hill with service. The last several times we’ve been here the service has been not just bad but almost nonexistent. Once they bring your drinks and food they forget about you. Tonight my son even went up and asked if they could come get us refills and no one ever came. We got our drinks when we ordered and that’s it. You spend almost $100 you would expect at least a refill. It’s hard to enjoy the amazing pizza when the service is so bad. I love the pizza but I think this will be the last time we go there for quite sometime.

this location stays pretty consistently good. my boyfriend and i eat here 3-4 times a month. sometimes delivery does take over an hour and the pizza will be cold/soggy by the time it gets to us, but what place doesn't have their days of misses. we did have this the other night on our anniversary and they did write "happy anniversary" on the box like i requested!!

Pizza, salads, breadsticks were so good!! Ordered carryout, order was not ready when stated. The young man at the pizza oven was doing everything he could to get our order for us, and kept apologizing for the delay. He carried it out to us when it was ready and apologized again. None of those working behind the registers offered an apology or even care. The food itself, was worth the inconvenience.
