I won't ever go back to this Wendy's after 4 times it's just pathetic. The last time that I ordered was getting a Large chili which they ended up giving me a medium... And a frosty, they didn't even fill the frosty all the way up. The line takes so long even if there's just one car ahead of me. I think the food isn't that great so I recommend to everyone else, Don't even come here. Don't waste your time and don't waste your money.

Terrible service. We went out eat with our friend's kids as a surprise and they wanted Wendy's. We brought them to this store and it was an absolute joke! Kids like to eat inside, so we bring them inside and at the front register there is a sign that says due to short staffing they will not be taking orders at the register. We then go to the kiosk, which was so incredibly slow and try to order from there. One of the two kiosks was broken immediately, and the other that worked was so slow, and when you went to pay it froze and you had to start over. I looked at the kids and said I guess they don't want us here, we'll be going to McDonald's instead. Shout out to McDonald's for actually letting you order inside, even if they aren't the fastest.

All these people care about is the drive thru, and even then you’re lucky to get your order taken. We go inside and wait 20 minutes to get our order taken, and instead of helping the 4 people waiting, we take one order and leave the other 3 standing waiting. Staff are incredibly rude when you ask for assistance, and could care less if customers were in the store.

Got a burger, fries and a drink omw home from work one evening. Used the drive through. Quick and easy. Nothing special. It's fast food.

We stopped and ate lunch inside. The food was fresh and delicious! While we were eating, an angry old lady came in and was yelling at the employees and calling them names. They handled it beautifully! As a person who has worked customer service most of my life, I can fully appreciate management defending her employees to the horrible name calling in such a professional manner.

The more we come here, the worse the food is. Cheeseburgers are not done. When we take them back replament is raw also. Baked potatoes over cooked. Drink fountain area is always dirty.

genuinely might be the most incompetent staff of employees out of any fast food restaurant i’ve been. slow, inconsiderate and generally incompetent. multiple people were waiting in line behind me and left due to the wait. i stuck it out only to be served the wrong food entirely. what a joke.

Absolute worst Wendy’s ever! It’s clearly ran by a group of incompetent individual's! Three different nights this week your employees being managed by Jessica Ziegler wanna shut down the restaurant hours before they are actually supposed to close and for nothing more than to sit in the parking lot smoking whatever it is they were all smoking when I pulled up! When pulling up at 10:40 the exact phrase I got was “sorry bout ya” ! when they don’t close till midnight i get told I his because they all claim to have had a rough night!!! Last I checked this is a corporate restaurant since when do your employees get to decide to shut down your establishment well before the time deemed on not only your hours posted on your building but online as well!!! If you are gonna continue to allow these employees to continue to close early for nothing more than to gather in a group outside smoking your business will surely not last long! It’s safe to say I’d rather drive 40 minutes out of town to the nearest Wendy’s than to ever have to come back to this one!!!
