We stopped and ate lunch inside. The food was fresh and delicious! While we were eating, an angry old lady came in and was yelling at the employees and calling them names. They handled it beautifully! As a person who has worked customer service most of my life, I can fully appreciate management defending her employees to the horrible name calling in such a professional manner.
The more we come here, the worse the food is. Cheeseburgers are not done. When we take them back replament is raw also. Baked potatoes over cooked. Drink fountain area is always dirty.
There's always a long line in drive thru. Burgers are always good. Fries are good when they are fresh. I recommend using the mobile app and ordering ahead to save time. The coupons on there also save money.
