Fantastic food with flavors that pop, and the atmosphere makes you want to stay a little longer. Rochelle is lucky to have this spot.

I love the open kitchen and the Chef is amazing and very friendly and understands the complexity of customer needs and shows in the freshness of every dish! Thank you! Look forward to next time i come to town!

We have been here twice now and the food does not disappoint. Our daughter suggested it. It's their go to for a nice dinner out. We had the bruschetta amazing, I had the Acres burger. My husband had the Italian beef. My sister-in-law had the grilled cheese. Their food is fantastic. I have not had a burger that just melts in your mouth, but you get one ar Acres. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy eating food, that taste absolutely phenomenal.

We decided to stop in for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon after doing a whiskey tasting across the street at Kennay Farms Distillery.

The entrance is a little hard to find as you have to walk thru a small boutique store to enter the restaurant. Fortunately for us,a nice lady who worked in the store came out and took us to the restaurant. I believe they are all owned by the same person

We were lucky enough to get a table on their ekevated patio that overlook the alley garden.
Alyssa was our server and was super helpful and friendly.

My wife started with their Lemon Lavender Gin Spritz which was one of the many crafted cocktails they offer. I had a nice white wine blend that was suggested off their extensive wine list.

We shared the Bruschetta Burrata with toast on the side as my wife is Gluten free. Super fresh and very tasty.

They offer many made from scratch sandwiches and entrees along with a few daily specials

A real hidden gem located in Rochelle on Lincoln Highway.

My wife and I were there last night, and it was some of the most delicious food we have had in a very long time. We were full at the end of service, but didn't feel stuffed because the ingredients were top-notch. We ended up leaving a little after they closed, and they were extremely accommodating. We will certainly be coming back; their food was a 10/10. We will drive several hours back to get their food again, and we live in Chicago. Highly recommended, it's a gem.

The food isn't great. My sandwhich was sparse and not appetizing to look at or eat.

There's a sandwhich on your menu. May want to check that out. 😉 But okay.

The culinary experience at this establishment was truly exceptional. The house salad, featuring a delectable chipotle ranch dressing, was bursting with freshness. The best soup I have ever tasted was the tomato soup, which was exceptionally flavorful. The burger was exceptionally juicy and flavorful, and the lemonade was reminiscent of homemade creations. The chef’s passion and dedication were evident in every dish, and the overall ambiance was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a memorable and tasty culinary experience.

All 5 stars because, The food is great, Autumn - our waitress was considerate and attentive without being pushy or vapid, and their patio seating is beautiful. What a fantastic place to pull off the pike and take a break with some excellent folks.

Acres Bistro is a gem, tuck away like Parisian cafe. Spotless with fun, vibrant local art, the fine dining menu shines with gourmet dishes. Artisanal burgers with premium chuck, sautéed onions, garlic aioli, and bacon jam are unreal. Stellar service and creative menu make it a must-visit!

Couldn’t tell you what the food is like, never got the chance. Tried to order take out and was told they were “too busy” and was told no.

Now, explain to me how it matters if I eat my food inside your establishment or inside of my home? You’re getting paid and you’re making the food either way? You don’t like money? I’ve never heard of such of a thing.

I was excited to try it because I’ve heard good things but I won’t bother now.

Mid experience. Food is expensive and just alright. Service is poor in a weird way. Everyone is friendly but they constantly mess up orders. Last time our server decided to go off her memory instead of writing down our order and it was partially wrong. Would have been fine if not for them rushing us out (we came at the end of lunch 2.30, lunch ends at 3pm. We left by 3pm) and the premium price.

Past experiences food has been inconsistent, they had this pork bowl dish. The first time I had it is was crimson red with chilie oil clearly present. Very good dish. The second time, jet black and very salty, like they only used soy sauce. Third time it was good again.

I came across this restaurant and loved the pictures. Looked clean, cute, and bright atmospher. The food was excellent and just the right amount for lunch. I had the grilled cheese, it was delicious!
