No reason to give this place less than five stars. Great diner to stop at for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and made sure everyone was treated like family. Food was great with large portions and inexpensive.

I love almost any restaurant that isn’t a fast food chain. We were greeted immediately on a busy Sunday morning. The coffee hit the spot and the portions were large. We dropped a pin on our travel map and will be back.

My husband and I usually meet his family here to share a good meal and spend time together. I haven't had the opportunity to be able to go since being diagnosed with gallstones. We were in the area and decided to stop in so my husband could get something to eat.

I was looking at the menu trying to decide on something for me because I have to follow a strict diet of 5g of fat or less per meal to avoid having an attack. The waitress took my order and made sure the cooks knew I couldn't have my food cooked in grease or butter! She was very kind and understanding.

We always choose local restaurants when we are on a road trip. The portions for the senior menu were generous and included soup, salad, entree with choice of potato, and ice cream or rice pudding for dessert. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent.

Normally this is a very good place to eat. However, we went on Thanksgiving day for the Holiday meal. We were very disappointed in our experience all the way around. The food was Lukewarm, at best. I sent it back, but it still was not warm. I was not asked my potato choice, therefore, I had to ask about it. Even then she didn't ask me my choice. She automatically brought me a dish of mashed potatoes, when I wanted the sweet potatoes. And, they were also Lukewarm, at best. My Moms meal was also cold, but shes not one to complain. She also ordered coffee, which was included with her senior meal. The waitress tried to charge her for the coffee, so I had to bring it to her attention. My Mom, also had to practically yell across the room for a coffee refill because our waitress did not pay any attention to us. Even the Pumpkin Pie that came with the Holiday meal I asked her to warm up, and it was not warm at all. Needless to say, we were very, very disappointed in everything about it. We will never return for another Holiday meal, to say the least.

Menu is a little to nebulous to make any style of food good. Service was friendly, place was clean.
