Last week charged me for cheese sauce when I said I didn't want it. Now again charged me and didn't even give me any. They charge extra for everything on a burger and only show on screen which I didn't notice, and they don't show charges on receipt. Why so deceptive?

Gotti was the BEST WORKER in the building! He was so informative about the ice creams gave me a sample! He definitely deserves a raise or higher up position! He should be Store manager! Love love his attitude and commitment to his job!

My concrete mix didn't arrive until after I finished my very greasy cod. How does it take longer to make an ice cream than took cook the fish? Especially after they told me it was cooked fresh. Oh well. It wasn't terrible, but definitely not the best Culvers I been to. Just nitpicking, I'd rather my mix-ins be mixed into the custard, not on my lid.

The jalapeno cheese curds were amazing. The cod was dripping grease and not good at all. It was not drained at all. So I took off the breading and just ate the fish itself.

Very rude employees. Disrespectful to the elderly. Order a cheeseburger then argue with her that she didn’t say she wants cheese on it. Then tosses the cheese and lettuce in a container and continues to argue when the customer asked for her receipt back.
