Sat in you empty lobby for 10 minutes and was completely ignored while your workers paid full attention to the drive thru so I left and went to McDonalds and got my frozen mocha instead... and with service like that i wont ever be back.

They need to do training on people at the window. Rude customer service, snotty attitude, rolling eyes. I get every one has bad days but this is inexcusable. I won’t be coming to this location anymore

As of 2/16/25 these ppl need to get organized and are slow and you tell em one thing in a slow manner and still cant tell what you ordered exactly

They literally have nothing that i ordered in this location, do they work in there 8 hours before you close and you are already out of everything like wtf - no Boston kreme, no chocolate glazed and out of all things no glazed donuts, gave me one of the 2 sugar donut i ordered so they basically just gave me what they have and it’s nothing I liked lol smdh wasted money again, this was an Uber eats order.

They used to be decent enough, actually getting the drinks you ordered right, giving you what you paid for etc. But recently they've severely dropped in quality. They will over half of the time get your drink completely wrong and make it taste awful. They will also constantly forget to put any food items ordered in the bag. Don't recommend.

Just had the most unreal experience. Only been here twice. Both times the line took incredibly long with only minimal cars. This time, I got the privilege of watching the train wreck through the window as I had to sit there for an additional 15 minutes (sat in the line for a total of 25 mins, ordering was quick, the wait time was after ordering). Could not get the drinks right (1 decaf coffee and 1 Smores drink), had to wait for the coffee to be brewed. Watched as they ran around not really preparing anything really. They would pick up cups and such without actually doing anything (notably fingers in cups every single time and they touched so many). Liquid and ice cubes dripping off the counter. Gave me a s’mores drink was not a s’mores drink, just a black iced coffee. Didn’t know anything about a s’mores drink. If they didn’t have it just say so that would have been fine. Couldn’t accept the black coffee instead (although I thought about it to get this whole thing over with). Asked for a frozen hot chocolate, they gave me half of one in a large cup. Was surreal watching them honestly.

Person taking order was in training and left alone. They had to go back and ask questions on several things we ordered. Then, when they brought our order, we had to remind them of a few things that were missing. Hash browns were cold. And we also received the incorrect bagel.

I was waiting in line in the drive through but it was relatively long so to save time I went in thinking it’d be faster since there was no line in there. Boy was I wrong. The associates did everything in their power to avoid me even after making eye contact me with. It wasn’t until I finally asked if they just took drive through orders. The guy said no then went back & forth between finishing his order & taking mine. He said I still had to wait four minutes. The whole time I waited a fly kept trying to bite me too! I finally got it & it was great tasting! But omg

This Location is absolutely Horrible. They make my drink wrong every single time (I always order extra sugar.. they never put the extra sugar in I always have to ask twice for it and they roll their eyes and get mad) the last time I was there (This will be my last time) the worker handed me my drink and the lid wasn't on all the way. The drink fell out of my hand and busted everywhere all over me, and they refused to make me a new drink unless I paid for it again. I asked to please speak to a manager and there wasnt one there atall to talk to. The workers are very rude at this location. I'll never go back.

The staff was super nice and professional, however there was only 2 of them working the front causing long wait times. I try to avoid this place due to the long wait times especially in the mornings before work.
