They have got 2do better with pastry freshness. I've been advised several times by DD employees that they discard or are "suppose" to discard all bakery items if not sold the same day. On this day, 6/11/24, not so much based on my previous experiences with DD freshness. Moreover, a big plus wood be to turn down the AC or off when it's only 65°degrees in greater Chicago. The AC had to be at least on 60° as it was like walking into a meat freezer in there....
I've had some issues in the past here but it seems as thought they've addressed them and gotten it turned around now. The times I've gone since, the team members are friendly, kind and helpful.
Their coffee is pricey, but their original blend is very good. I also liked their vegetarian egg white bites. The donuts are horrible but it’s Dunkin. I mean all baked donuts are horrible.
