Food is good but temperature of my sandwich needs to be a bit warmer, each time I eat here my hot ham and cheese tends to be on the colder side. The employees are decent and kind, service is typically quick and the dining room is 99% of the time quiet and clean.

The place is so short staffed it's a joke. Came in for breakfast one morning was only 2 employees working, manager showed up saw the 2 employees were busy and just went into his office and didn't offer to help even when other customers were upset at how long it was taking.

Absolutely worst Hardee’s food ever. Included are a couple of photos of my ham and cheese sandwich today. The bun was so badly burnt that it was not edible. How was this not noticed? I’m certain that it was. The staff clearly don’t care. No manager oversight and accountability. I was already down the highway or I would’ve returned it for sure.

Almost 6 bucks for 3 tenders (not a combo) and this is what you get...... half the size of the picture and not even half as breaded. Not happy with this. Bbq container for size reference.

First time in my life I literally had a swarm of flies on me while I was trying to eat my food inside of a restaurant. Service wasn't particularly friendly and my burger was so greasy it turned the bun into liquid. Overall not great. Buy a fly swatter and maybe act like you don't hate your customers.
5th time in the past year had to leave after waiting 10 or more minutes for my food worst place to go to for fast food

Showed up @ 1029am ordered 2 sandwiches. Blonde older 60s lady was short & extremely RUDE! Then had another give me my food & she wouldn't even look @ me. Horrible customer service

I arrived at this location at 6:05 AM and was greeted by Crystal, who was working at the register. I asked her how many calories are in the Famous Star burger, to which she replied that she didn’t know and that I could check the pamphlet on the wall. However, that pamphlet only had information for individual ingredients. I asked if she could show me the nutritional information for that specific burger, but she said she didn’t know. Then I tried to order the burger, but she told me they couldn’t make it at that time because they were only serving breakfast. However, I’ve ordered the same burger at other locations during the same hours. I then asked if I could place the order through the Hardee’s app, but she said this location doesn’t accept app orders. Terrible place.

First of all I’d like to say they served me old chicken for two of my sandwiches so had to get them remade and then when we got out food I ended up taking two bites of my sandwich and then threw up I’ll never be back at this establishment ever again
