First time in my life I literally had a swarm of flies on me while I was trying to eat my food inside of a restaurant. Service wasn't particularly friendly and my burger was so greasy it turned the bun into liquid. Overall not great. Buy a fly swatter and maybe act like you don't hate your customers.

Showed up @ 1029am ordered 2 sandwiches. Blonde older 60s lady was short & extremely RUDE! Then had another give me my food & she wouldn't even look @ me. Horrible customer service

I arrived at this location at 6:05 AM and was greeted by Crystal, who was working at the register. I asked her how many calories are in the Famous Star burger, to which she replied that she didn’t know and that I could check the pamphlet on the wall. However, that pamphlet only had information for individual ingredients. I asked if she could show me the nutritional information for that specific burger, but she said she didn’t know. Then I tried to order the burger, but she told me they couldn’t make it at that time because they were only serving breakfast. However, I’ve ordered the same burger at other locations during the same hours. I then asked if I could place the order through the Hardee’s app, but she said this location doesn’t accept app orders. Terrible place.

First of all I’d like to say they served me old chicken for two of my sandwiches so had to get them remade and then when we got out food I ended up taking two bites of my sandwich and then threw up I’ll never be back at this establishment ever again

I feel bad for the cashier he was very nice and he do great job.. he takes my order and talk to them and others employee, they make dirty joke, front of the customer . It was 6 in the morning, no time for a joke.
Gave me burger that had been sitting out no telling how long, pretty good compared to prison food👌forgot my extra lettuce & tomato when I ask for it folks kinda rude here🤨

Worst hamburger ever. Have me half a bun on the bottom. Didn’t give me the right toppings and was so cheaply made for waaaaaayyyy to high of a price. Last time I’ll be visiting Hardees

$13.78 for a superstar double and a large fry lol what the absolute F. The girl bagging the food had to ask the sandwich makers which sandwiches were which, the sandwich makers replies were "i dont know"
I asked for no pickle and extra mayo/ketchup
I got extra pickle, little to no mayo and zero ketchup
And this costed me $13.78????? That's absolutely INSANE. next time, i'll just not eat hardees if i come by here and i'm hungry again. This should have been like $9 max
