Seems like the speed has gone downhill recently. Food quality and staff friendly has been steady. The facility also seems to be nice and clean. Wish the rewards program was more accessible. Seems like I always order the wrong thing and can’t redeem my free drink cookie or sandwich. Most of the workers are just as confused when it won’t accept the reward.

My sandwiches and wraps are always on point. I've seen the employees working shorthanded a couple times and they were always courteous and working fast. I'm guessing these guys get a lot of grief from impatient customers but if you actually go in and see how hard they work you would appreciate it.

Ordered food for delivery. It came within about 15 minutes. Only problem is I was missing part of my order. Called the store and they said they would get it out to me. It took them 50 minutes and 2 additional phone calls to bring me a cookie.

Every time I place a door dash order thru this Jimmy John’s they call me two seconds later saying they don’t have a driver and they can’t refund my money I need to figure that out with DoorDash. HUH and it’s always a dumb blonde on the phone talking like this “I’m not suuurrre, you’ll have to contact doordaaash we don’t have a driverrrr” like why u talking like that

Tried to order oil and vinegar on a sandwich as it is listed as a “freebie” on their menu but was told that I “can’t get oil and vinegar on a slim because then you’d be getting a regular sandwich for slim price.” Make it make sense. It’s free. Not sure how me ordering light oil and vinegar increases the value of the sandwich so much that I’m trying to pull a fast one on Jimmy John’s to get an expensive sandwich for cheap. Insane. Half the time they put extra crap on the slim anyways by mistake. Disappointed with customer service.

Service was slow and not friendly. Wheat bread was stale and hard. Sandwich was not correct and the requested condiments not included in the bag. This is the second poor experience at this location and needless to say, it’ll be my last.

We ordered 2 sandwiches, one was a wrap. No other cars were in the drive through at the time. Cashier said it’d be out in a minute after I had paid, we sat in the drive through from 2:51-3:10pm. I ended up tapping the window asking for a refund after waiting so long and not being told any reason why or what was going on. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was UNREAL. 20 mins of a wait and I left with no food.. “Freaky Fast” where? ??♀️
