Why is 'cut the sandwich in half' option even an option if you get it wrong more than half the time?

I’ve given this Jimmy John’s way too many chances, and yet am still disappointed with their poor performance. I just got a chicken Caesar wrap…that was smaller than all other wraps I’ve gotten. Turns out they skipped adding the chicken. I will not be returning to this location.

Just wanted to give a shout out to everyone who worked on May29th. We decided to provide box lunches for all of our employees, roughly 85 lunches. I split them up in 2 orders. The boxes were done on time and everyone was so nice and willing to help put them in my vehicle. Thanks guys, you made this experience great.

Horribly slow, even when there's no here, youd still be waiting, almost ten minutes for your food. I honestly don't recall a time that i've gone there and not had to wait more than ten minutes. And I'll see the employees just messing around not working if I was the owner, I would fire everyone and start over. Because thr employees are making the business look bad. Not fair to the owner. This will be my last time going to that jimmy johns until something changes. I guess sadly I have to go to subway now and I hate subway.

The worst place to eat they don't follow instructions and give you what they waNt very ignorant staff I recommend people to check their orders before leaving place this jimmy johns in Rochelle isn't like dekalb or rockford

Terrible customer service. They messed up on my sandwich and wouldn’t refund me for the extra bacon I paid for. Instead they wanted me to return the sandwich I touched in order to receive the refund. Or they would have the driver come pickup the sandwich and make me go to the store to pickup the new sandwich instead of making an exchange. I PAID FOR THE SANDWICH AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE. YOU GUYS MESSED UP AND SHOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT, NOT PUT IT OFF ON THE CUSTOMERS. On top of that, this is 2025 what kind of system can’t itemize stuff and make refunds on additional add ons? Whole thing could’ve been resolved by just issuing a refund for the additional bacon I PAID FOR. But apparently they can’t. Shift manager was unbelievably rude. Never getting another sandwich from here. Watch out you might get someone’s returned touched sandwich on your next order.

Waiting over 50 minutes before asking for my money back. The last time I was there I didn’t get any meat on a Vito sandwich that has meat. Several workers just standing around and on 2 working their butts off. Sad because their sandwiches taste good but you just can’t get them and when you do they are not right. Other people in line were getting super frustrated too.

Seems like the speed has gone downhill recently. Food quality and staff friendly has been steady. The facility also seems to be nice and clean. Wish the rewards program was more accessible. Seems like I always order the wrong thing and can’t redeem my free drink cookie or sandwich. Most of the workers are just as confused when it won’t accept the reward.

My sandwiches and wraps are always on point. I've seen the employees working shorthanded a couple times and they were always courteous and working fast. I'm guessing these guys get a lot of grief from impatient customers but if you actually go in and see how hard they work you would appreciate it.

Ordered food for delivery. It came within about 15 minutes. Only problem is I was missing part of my order. Called the store and they said they would get it out to me. It took them 50 minutes and 2 additional phone calls to bring me a cookie.
