The owner is personable and very knowledgeable. You can tell he loves what he does. The bartender was fantastic!! Very friendly and a knowledgeable mixologist. Definitely recommend!! If you live in northern Illinois this is an unknown gem that you NEED to get to know!!

Exceptional bourbon, and such an awesome tasting room, event space, and distillery…and did I mention the exceptional bourbon? Wheated mash bill, very nice. If you enjoy W, you will really like this.
I’m typically not a rye fan but enjoyed their rye as well…also wheated, you get that spiciness up front with a bit of a sweeter finish.
Rick and Molly were great hosts, looking forward to meeting the rest of the team. Definitely going to be visiting again!

We stopped in on a Saturday since we had a Groupon tasting coupon. We did a tasting of their Vodka,Gin,Agave and Whiskey. The Vodka was very smooth as well was the Gin. The botanicals used in their Gin made it delicious. I'm not a fan of Gin but I liked this one so much I purchased a bottle to go.
I didn't try their Agave but my wife loved it with a lime wedge. I have had their Whiskey before and it is very good..95 proof. They will release their first Bourbon in November.I can't wait to try it.
They offer a nice selection of crafted cocktails but not good options. Their is a nice Bistro tho across the street.
From a local farm,this family has turned their corn and wheat into fantastic spirits.

Really enjoy this place. While the selection of whiskey, vodka, and gin is limited, they're all good. I've never enjoyed gin until I tasted it here. The people and the atmosphere here are great...just wish they were able to be open more than just 2 nights a week.

If you are anywhere in the area this is a must hit pit stop. Tucked away in a small town, most people would probably not even realize a place like this could be here. Drinks are perfectly made and the building is an awesome remodel for those that love a old architecture. Zero negatives
