We went Sunday after church. They were slammed busy but it was WELL worth the wait. would definitely recommend.

They are simply incredible! I have been frequenting them for some time now. The quality of every meal is outstanding! My typical order is for their Quesabirria with Consomme (and I always order extra, it's so tasty that I love to use it for other meals). The aroma of the consomme blends with the tender meat to create a melt in your mouth experience that will leave you craving for more. Each bite is loaded with flavors from the sweetness of the onion, the satisfying bite of cilantro and the soft, warm tortillas. To top it all off, occasionally you'll find a miniature onion in your container. This can be mixed in with the consomme as you please, but I prefer to use it as a sweet desert after you have finished a wonderful meal. It adds a perfect finishing touch. Additionally, the atmosphere and service is lovely. You always feel right at home here, no matter the time of day or weather. They truly take care of you, with friendly smiles the norm. Los 3 Molcajetes is a treasured spot in Rochelle and, dare I say, quite possibly among the top food trucks in Illinois. I couldn't be more thankful to have them in our community. Try them, they are sure not to disappoint!

Best?Everyone here is super friendly, and you can tell by their way manner that they are proud of their product. Lucky me, the weather was fair, so I was able to sit and relax at the table they have under the tent. Dug into some perfect, perfect birria. Both of their salsas are delightful and flavorful, clearly a recipe with a long memory. Treated myself to a huge helping of jamaica and I will not be regretting it. This stop was a slice of joy in a long day.

Family ran food truck with some amazing tacos and friendly faces. Stopped by before hitting the road and definitely will be back again. $3 tacos and if you want the homemade tortillas it’s a dollar extra. Good value as the toppings were generous!
