Worst ordering experience today, will never go to that McDonald in town!! Place my drive thru order checked the bag,to make sure it was correct got home opened bag up sandwich was wrong even with the tag on sandwich was stuck on box! It was still wrong on their behalf!!!..Take it back to hopefully have my meal made the right way, you ate some of the fries and ur drink was drank out a the can’t replace it only the sandwich!!! If my damn order was checked and made correctly the first time I would have never left with my meal! Then I proceeded to tell the kid my order he asked me what’s comes on a deluxe quarter pounder! That blew I I left with no food! Went to purchase my meal at the out of town McDonald!

Literally the worst McDonald’s of all time. Never open and incompetent uneducated people who are rude and lazy. Not deserving of a job and should be making the minimum salary and not a penny more.

I grew up in Rochelle and was headed back for Thanksgiving. My mother is in an assisted living facility and didn't want to do anything fancy for food. She said that she missed McDonald's though. I called the day before to see if they would be open. They said they would be open until 2pm. I arrived at 1pm. I was halfway done ordering on the kiosk when the manager informed me that they were closed. I mentioned that I had called to check in advance and he said that the employees were there until 2, it was only open to customers until 1. Why would I call to see how long the employees had to work? I was there at just around 1. There were still a line of cars in the drive through. The manager gave a sarcastic "Happy Thanksgiving" as we walked out of the restaurant.

We were overcharged by almist $4 for drinks included with the meals. We were served coffee that was cold and had the wrong additives. The manager could care less, too busy playing with the staff. He was dressed in such tight pants, he looked like PVC pioe.
