Over the past months, I have had numerous issues with my order being messed up, for example, I order a double burger and I’ve received a single multiple times not receiving items that I paid extra for. If the employees don’t know how to read, they need to provide reading classes, which is pathetic for a minimum wage job

The new owners and management are no better than the previous. Wait at the speaker for a good 3 minutes and not even acknowledged. The least they could do is say they’ll be right with you. Canceled my order and went out to Wendy’s where I was promptly greeted and served in under 3 minutes total.
Why are you always selling old pies? Maybe the health department should stop by and check your holding times. Other food was hot and fresh which scored the extra star.

This McDonald’s has changed to new management and ownership, and it’s important to mention because the old owners consistently served low-quality food. While the staff is still working on improvements, there are signs of progress. The service feels friendlier, the place is cleaner, and the food quality is starting to get better compared to the past.

Order curbside pickup we get notification at 2:05pm order on its way out 2:21pm nothing hubby had to go in and get it it was setting on counter no one bring nothing out serious...drinks were not ready either.so when you say it's ready on its way out then bring it out if your to lazy then maybe you should not be working there....

Just came at 4:51 am, employee inside but no one answering the drive thru, so much for 24 hrs

Came in the drive-through for food for 2 people and waited for almost 20 minutes. Finally I decided to go inside to see what was going on, and my food was just sitting at the front counter. Also, it wasn't busy so there was 0 excuse for the wait. No sorry about that, or we apologize for the mistake. Just some dead eyed people saying here's your food. If i could give a 0 review, I would.

I've been having issues with this McDonald's in particular since it's the only McDonald's in Rochelle that participates with Door Dash. I've had two different occasions when I've gotten my food with either a lid that was partially on to being skimped out with one hash brown. I'll put my money elsewhere. The McDonald's at the oasis next to the Petro here has never let me down yet.
