Didn't check if my food was correct, just shoved it at me. Luckily it was but specific details about the food where wrong. Never in my life have I been to McDonald's at had my burger burnt where it was rock hard on parts of it. Thats insane. Plus the line is so slow. Even when there is not many people in it. Go to the one by Road ranger, it's much better.

I waited in a mobile spot for 20 minutes for food, I then went inside to find what looked like a scene from Mad Max... no heat, ice cold inside (like 40⁰) disgusting kitchen, drive thru backed up, no leadership or direction. A fish rots from the head down, the owners should be ashamed.

They take forever to make your food you sit in line for almost 7 minutes with nobody in front of you or behind youfor a single sausage biscuit this is ridiculous. I used to work at McDonald’s and it does not take that long and then they get an attitude. The bold guy at night time, sits there and talks while your food sitting there at the window getting cold and when you ask him for your food, cause you’re in a hurry, he shoves it in your face after telling you to wait a few minutes by the time I got my sandwich, it was cold. Will never come here again.

The worst. Waited until the drive thru for 0ver 30 min for a mobile order. Honestly this place is terrible and they dont care. Wish Corp mcdonalds would do something about it.

We are from out of town and stopped in for dinner, manager Carl was very helpful and was constantly working away handling the register, helping in the kitchen and then next thing we see he is out sweeping the dining area. We felt compelled to drop this review as this is a rare quality anymore, nice job McDonald's.

Over the past months, I have had numerous issues with my order being messed up, for example, I order a double burger and I’ve received a single multiple times not receiving items that I paid extra for. If the employees don’t know how to read, they need to provide reading classes, which is pathetic for a minimum wage job

The new owners and management are no better than the previous. Wait at the speaker for a good 3 minutes and not even acknowledged. The least they could do is say they’ll be right with you. Canceled my order and went out to Wendy’s where I was promptly greeted and served in under 3 minutes total.

Why are you always selling old pies? Maybe the health department should stop by and check your holding times. Other food was hot and fresh which scored the extra star.

Twilight News

This McDonald’s has changed to new management and ownership, and it’s important to mention because the old owners consistently served low-quality food. While the staff is still working on improvements, there are signs of progress. The service feels friendlier, the place is cleaner, and the food quality is starting to get better compared to the past.

Order curbside pickup we get notification at 2:05pm order on its way out 2:21pm nothing hubby had to go in and get it it was setting on counter no one bring nothing out serious...drinks were not ready either.so when you say it's ready on its way out then bring it out if your to lazy then maybe you should not be working there....
