While I was on the phone with one of the staff members the phone kind of cut off when I was making my order they gave me a personal pan pizza when I wanted a medium Pepperoni Pizza also they don't have cups so I had to spend extra money on a 2 liter of Mountain Dew for my friend and I to watch trains out in Rochelle Illinois
I'm glad we have a Pizza Hut, here in Rochelle, Illinois, my 12 year old son really like the dinner box deal. I have called 2 minutes before they are supposed to close and a great employee named Roger gets my order ready for pickup even after closing time. Thanks Roger at the Rochelle,Illinois for always making it easy to get what my son wants to eat after I've had a long day at work. Great customer service!
We ordered online and picked up at the window. I was early and the young lady said no problem it will be ready in a few minutes. The food was delicious and exactly as ordered. Please keep up the positive attitude and perfect service. I wish other places were like this
