Ordered 2 Caramel macchiato’s were just milk and some Caramel no coffee was added. This is the only Starbucks I have purchased from that didn’t properly make my drinks right. Will never purchase here again. Very disappointed.

The coffee was of course overpriced but good. The service though was ridiculously bad. There was 4-5 people working but I only saw 2 do anything. It also took 15 min to get my coffee. I could've made 2-3 cups of coffee at home in the same amount of time... Up your game Starbucks!

Most unpleasant Starbucks I've been to. No one greets or even acknowledges you when entering, even when not busy. Drive thru is always prioritized. I have waited in the store multiple times past the 10 minute point after ordering. The staff doesn't even bother to ask what name you're waiting for. I've watched them make orders for people who arrived after me. Always, always, always bad service. if I didn't have a 45 minute drive to work, I would just go to one in Aurora where I always receive great service.

This is the first time we visited this Starbucks. We made an order, took the payment, 10 minutes later when we asked where our order was? The girl replied that they forgot about us!!!! Although there were 2 of us inside the cafe

I never had to wait 18 minutes for 2 drinks inside an empty Starbucks. Drinks never taste like other Starbucks locations.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Spent at least 10 minutes at the speaker waiting for anyone to talk to me. The amount of time it took just to get one cup of coffee was ridiculous. I understand it taking a while, but I also did not get an apology for the wait time.
First time ordering online for an in store pickup. Go inside, grab my coffee, get back to my car, and realize my order is wrong. Go back inside to say something. First girl I talked to was sweet, but not helpful. I'm not sure who came to the counter next, she seemed like possibly a manager? She was clearly annoyed. She told me that what I ordered was sold out. Ok, no big deal, that kinda thing happens. I gave her my drink, she added some cinnamon on top (which was actually part of my original order) then gave it back to me. Alright, it's whatever. I'm just really disappointed that they were going to let me walk out with my drink, knowing it wasn't right, without saying anything to me AND still charging me for the extras I ordered, that I never received. I'll still go back, I just wouldn't recommend ordering online.

1st visit, used the drive thru. Great service, very fast. Drinks were excellent. Usually coffee from places like this tastes burnt, but not here. This was just perfect. The staff at the window was very nice.

4th time my coffee old moldy. Please start making sure the machines are cleaned and the coffee beans are not exposed to moisture and etc. it is expensive to buy Starbucks as it is. I have gotten a bacteria infection because of your new male worker in late afternoons making drinks. Clean the stuff.
