Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Spent at least 10 minutes at the speaker waiting for anyone to talk to me. The amount of time it took just to get one cup of coffee was ridiculous. I understand it taking a while, but I also did not get an apology for the wait time.

First time ordering online for an in store pickup. Go inside, grab my coffee, get back to my car, and realize my order is wrong. Go back inside to say something. First girl I talked to was sweet, but not helpful. I'm not sure who came to the counter next, she seemed like possibly a manager? She was clearly annoyed. She told me that what I ordered was sold out. Ok, no big deal, that kinda thing happens. I gave her my drink, she added some cinnamon on top (which was actually part of my original order) then gave it back to me. Alright, it's whatever. I'm just really disappointed that they were going to let me walk out with my drink, knowing it wasn't right, without saying anything to me AND still charging me for the extras I ordered, that I never received. I'll still go back, I just wouldn't recommend ordering online.

1st visit, used the drive thru. Great service, very fast. Drinks were excellent. Usually coffee from places like this tastes burnt, but not here. This was just perfect. The staff at the window was very nice.
4th time my coffee old moldy. Please start making sure the machines are cleaned and the coffee beans are not exposed to moisture and etc. it is expensive to buy Starbucks as it is. I have gotten a bacteria infection because of your new male worker in late afternoons making drinks. Clean the stuff.

This Starbucks need to be trained on lattes. I've been going to Starbucks across the nation for 10 yrs plus and never had a latte with 7 shots that tasted like pure sugar. You cannot taste shots when you order more, so it's a waste. You order the shots on the side and it's double the money. Not sure if they're lazy/saving money or pouring them after and most of the shot goes down the drain, but for a base fee of $6 and add shots, you should be getting what you pay for. One drink is easily $13 and that's some people's hourly wage. People's money are their life blood which they exchange for goods- so at least make it good.
The guy that works there (long hair) is very mean!!! Horrible service and rude. He even made my drink really bad. (I never had a problem there until that guy showed up)

I placed thru the app, but it was fairly quick. The window barista was so animated and pretty, she made my morning by offering me a free water, and definitely was an award winning morning for me!
