Employee was somewhat friendly A lot of staff like cookies and drinks were out of stock.Not very good service and the sub I ordered was not that great prepared.

DISGUSTING!!! Ordered a bowl of cream of broccoli for my 7 year old son…it tasted like Curdled milk!!! I call just to say…hey fyi you need to watch your soup it tasted horrible….employee tells me THEY ARE ALLOWED TO KEEP THE SAME SOUP IN A HOLDING TABLE ALL DAY?????!!!! No they are not. Its a 4 hour homd time for hot itmes regardless of the amount. Place is DIRTY AND HAD NO FOOD SAFTEY KNOWLEDGE…i asked what is the danger zone they no idea….if you want to get food poisoning go to subaqay in rochelle!

Girl working was absolutely disgusting she was very rude. She did not act like she wanted to take our order and acted very annoyed by us and doesn’t know what she’s doing. she smelt awful like she had just been out smoking weed, my wife and I sat down to eat our food and she started mopping and she was pushing dirty disgusting water underneath the counter it was absolutely filthy and smelt awful I was very concerned after seeing that and the environment was not clean it just looked very dirty do not go to this subway they need better employees immediately because that’s just shameful
I went to that subway I ordered veggies sub and the guy was working there is very disgusting and disrespectful i said put dressing on the top but he refused and he said we don’t do that we only put on bottom otherwise you can leave after that i come so guys avoid that location

Shout out to the two ladies working today (5/26- Memorial Day) they god busy but we're greeting and having short personal conversations with customers about their day and where they were headed!

The older lady working May 23rd at around 7pm was extremely rude, rushing customers, barking orders at the kid working the veggie and checkout section (the only other employee there) and just overall creating an unpleasant atmosphere. My fiance asked a simple question about how many strips double bacon would be, as there were only 6 on his “double bacon” order (he wanted 9-12 and told her he was willing to pay extra for extra) she rolled her eyes and told him to make up his mind. The young boy was able to slightly recover the experience with his enjoyable attitude and demeanor before being yelled at to “hurry up & quit chatting”; the payment system hadn’t loaded yet to take our card so we were chatting as it loaded to kill the 30 second wait.
I would normally refrain from leaving a negative review as I myself am in the service industry and have been in it for 8 years, however, I would never treat paying customers or my subordinates that way. And rolling your eyes on the line, at customers, is extremely unprofessional.
