We had the salad bowl, but it was way over priced. Ice machine was reported to be out of kilter and when he offered to get me some ice from the kitchen area, he gave .e a 1/3 full in my 💻 travel cup. But, the place was very clean and my salad was filling & good .

Went there before they closed lights everything was on got there around 9pm door was locked no one would answer the drive thru ppl standing around the make line just looking at me. Won’t be going back here again.

I just want to say l, this is the best Taco Bell hands down in Illinois..I come here two night ago driving from Rockford going back to Naperville, andu husband and I got our food and didn't want to eat it because of the presentation, it was like off of a commercial. Then I took my first bite and it was beyond fresh. Craved Taco Bell the next day and went to Aurora,.it wasn't the one like Rochelle. Anna thanks for making the food worth the trip. Will be back

The food was good, as it is consistent and they are fast. The prices are out of control though. For $20 I can order and pick up food from a legit Mexican restaurant!
Waited 30 minutes for food in the lobby. They kept taking care of the drive thru. My lunch is only 30 minutes. Thanks taco bell.

This is one of the best taco bells I've been to yet. I make some pretty complicated orders and not once have they failed me. The food is always done properly and they don't skimp on anything. I appreciate this place. Another thing I really appreciate about this taco bell is the CUSTOMER SERVICE is wonderful. The Sterling,IL taco bell forces is to use the kiosk to order our food but every time I come to this one here there is always a human to take my order. That's important to my family and I. I appreciate this taco bell and I hope other ones can be like this one.
Vegetarian options: Nearly anything that has meat can be swapped out for beans. I love that option.
