I was in town for business and was recommended to check out The FA by Purpose Nutrition in Mendota, IL. I’m so glad I did! When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and had a great conversation with the owner. She was incredibly insightful about the local area, which added a personal touch to the visit.
The selection of healthy options was impressive, and everything I tried was top-notch. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it was clear that the owner cares deeply about providing quality and fostering a positive space. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for healthy options in Rochelle—definitely a pleasant experience all around!

I went for thr first time yesterday and they have great healthy options that are filling and delicious. Not to mention, a super friendly staff. Additionally, they have so many tasty options and it doesn't taste like you standard "protein shake." I got the smores one and it was soooo good! Definitely will be returning :)

They don't have smoothies. They have "tea" and shakes. The flavored tea seems like flavored water to me. It's pretty and sweet tasting. Not sure if it's actually "healthy". But looking online I was expecting a healthy smoothy option.The workers were at least friendly.
