There was a beard hair hanging off my burger. They aren’t wearing hair nets or beard nets. When I brought it to attention it was brushed off and asked if I wanted another burger made. Then when he brought the burger to the table, said mozzarella sometimes looks like hair; the burger was a provolone mushroom…..there’s no mozzarella on my burger. Maybe next time when a customer has a problem you don’t have a condescending tone claiming the beard hair in my burger was cheese. When it clearly wasn’t. Probably if I was a man he would’ve acted differently about it. There was no apology or even acknowledgement of an accident.
My fiancé and I were really excited to try this for the first time and we were both sadly disappointed by the way this was handled by staff.

Delicious fresh food served quickly and with a smile. I can’t believe this spot has only been open 8 months! I will definitely be returning. Also getting to watch Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom while chowing on a fresh smash burger was awesome.

Went for the first time today and my boyfriend for lunch and the place is so nice and cute, I love how literally green everything is lol, I got the original Philly sandwich which i HIGHLY RECOMMEND, my boyfriend loved it, I loved it, the fries are also seasoned and tasted amazing, everyone working there was so friendly and nice and the chefs did amazing, I would love to come back and try more options!

Local smashburger place great burgers amazing staff can't wait to go back
In one word: delicious. The moment you bite into their burger you realize just how fresh they are. The moment you sink your teeth into the fried dill pickle spear, you wonder if this might be the best you have ever had. The moment you dunk the onion ring into the boom boom sauce you can’t help but to say wow. I saw someone praise this place online, so we headed to Rochester to try it out. We will be coming back and bringing friends. Way to go, Greenie’s Grill. Keep up the good work.

Definitely a well-kept secret that isn't going to be a secret for too much longer phenomenal food phenomenal service I try to go here at least once a week owner Adam is phenomenal remembers your name when you walk in the door and pretty much knows your order before you even say anything greenies is definitely a local great establishment
