Do not recommend. The employees are too busy flirting with boys to even pay attention to other customers. Waited and waited for menus 15 minutes or so. Never got them. 2 young men came in and sat down and within a minute the girls flocked to them with menus and order taking, while we still sat there waiting. We left. No reason to give an inferior business our money.

Something has changed. May be new a hire cook. Ordered a 16 inch Razzo’s special cracker thin crust pizza. Undercooked, soggy crust.
This has happened twice. I doubt I will give it a 3rd try. Not good.

You know, the food here has always been good, when my order is correct, (laugh), but the servers can ignore you if you ask for something. There is a really loud one who blamed us for seating ourselves AFTER we are told pick a seat, so that gave her a reason to tell the others to ignore us. Counting now 5 tables received food after us, but it is PROM weekend and they are short staffed. Hmmm. I didn't give them any trouble, just asked for a water that sat on the bar for 20 minutes, so I got it myself. Glad my granddaughter was distracted, so she wouldn't be upset about her spaghetti. Two tables near us were surprised how long we waited for spaghetti and a salad. Sure wish I knew what we did to upset these waitstaff.

Tried Razzos for the first time tonight. The food was quick, delicious, and hot. Our server Ellie, was one of the best servers we have ever had. She was friendly, attentive, and accomodating. Prices were very reasonable as well. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back.

Being a local it’s always nice to have somewhere close that has a variety of food and quick. Not too pricey either. Service is always great over the phone and dining in. Highly recommend this place!

Ordered the meatball sub with fries and breadsticks. Most of the fries were not done yet and the breadstick sauce was watered down. Service was good but food was not worth the money. Hopefully just one off, but have to be honest with my review. Regards

Service was top notch. Nori deserves a raise, she took care of all our needs and was very friendly and attentive. We were in town visiting with y brother in law. The pizza and salad we had was very good.
Two days after Christmas and it’s the weekend. So we’ve come to Rochester to visit family and we ordered pizza “to go”. Also some gluten free pasta for my celiac daughter. I mean no disrespect but I’ve had better pizza. But I currently live in Chicagoland and I used to live in Sicily for 18 months while in USMC. So I’m a bit of a pizza snob. But for the style the fix, they got some pretty good pizza here. The staff greeted me when I entered and were super friendly. Happily return.

Stopped there late this evening on way back from Peoria. The food was absolutely delicious!! We had pizza and the homemade ingredients were top notch.
The atmosphere was so fun!!
Our waitress was soooo sweet and helpful!! She did a fantastic job with explaining all the food options plus checked on us many times!!!
