Expensive, but I guess that's why we don't go out to eat anymore. But I think it was about $27 for 2 people. I did say it's a lot better than McDonald's, but what happened to the affordable, fast food fix? Eating at a sit-down restaurant probably would've been a better choice. I'm not knocking down Arby's itself, but I would consider finding something that you can get more for your money.

Ordered the classic roast beef and cheddar got home and there was about three slices of meat on a third of the bun. The rest there was nothing on there. For 1250 I’d expect more. Wil not be back

The service has always been bad, but today was the worst. Don't know where the employees were. One guy stood in the eating area holding a broom and texting on his phone. He just just ignored me. After 5 min I just left.
I went to the Rock Falls Illinois Arby’s today for lunch. Nobody else was in line. I stood there for several minutes even when the person saw me. Didn’t greet me or tell me that he would be there in a moment. Came to the register and I could barely hear him ask for my order. I had a High School Football card that I bought for $25 with different restaurants that participate to help with the cost of football. Arby’s is on there for buy one regular roast beef and get one free. He said just a minute and went to ask someone about it and came back and said we don’t do that. I said it says Arby’s and he said well not at this one. I showed him where it said Arby’s in Rock Falls. He said we don’t do that. So I just left. I also called corporate. You don’t participate in a community fundraiser and then not honor it. The guy wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either and no apology.
