The service has always been bad, but today was the worst. Don't know where the employees were. One guy stood in the eating area holding a broom and texting on his phone. He just just ignored me. After 5 min I just left.

I went to the Rock Falls Illinois Arby’s today for lunch. Nobody else was in line. I stood there for several minutes even when the person saw me. Didn’t greet me or tell me that he would be there in a moment. Came to the register and I could barely hear him ask for my order. I had a High School Football card that I bought for $25 with different restaurants that participate to help with the cost of football. Arby’s is on there for buy one regular roast beef and get one free. He said just a minute and went to ask someone about it and came back and said we don’t do that. I said it says Arby’s and he said well not at this one. I showed him where it said Arby’s in Rock Falls. He said we don’t do that. So I just left. I also called corporate. You don’t participate in a community fundraiser and then not honor it. The guy wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either and no apology.

The assistant manager Lindsey had some of the BEST customer service i have ever eencountered. From what I saw she goes above and beyond for her customers and deserves a raise!
It's fast food, but great selection on menu, food was good. Place is always very clean, service always friendly and fast. I really like horsey sauce and honey Dijon is great too with curly fries.

Got lunch here, and most of the food was good, but my son's chicken nuggets were burnt. When I asked about getting them replaced, the fella told me he could replace them but that they'll tun out the same way. I wouldn't recommend coming here, and I don't think we'll ever be back. Shame on you.
