I order 2 for $6 roast beef and my other sandwich was a crispy fish. The fish sandwich was PATHETIC. No other word could describe it. Virtually no tartar sauce, bun was blackened rather than toasted and based on past purchases the sandwich shrank. Disgusted today and rest assured it will be a long time before Arby' s gets any more of my money. Companies are getting their money back that they lost during the pandemic and are making little if any effort to put out quality products.

We ate inside today, received greetings from staff. Very clean eating area, fast service and food was excellent as always. The curly fries were extra yummy today!! Drink fountains were well mixed with Coke products.

Usually we ate very happy with the service here. We come here a few times a week so we are very familiar. Unfortunately, today was a totally different experience!! They were greatly lacking knowledge and customer service and I am completely unhappy with my experience!!! IF we decide to go back I will first make sure the ride worker is not there!!! I would have gotten a name but no name tag. Usually when someone makes a mistake they try to make it right! They did not and didn’t even use banners what so ever!!!

I believe I was over charged. They had a two for deal, 2 cheddar rst beef with cheede was only 7.00 for 2????and bought med curly fries,small rst .beef sandwich. They longer give Military discount. My total was 23.00.. Never going here again.

Staff is rude inconsiderate and childish......No way this Arby's stays open. ..A bunch of children pretending to be adults...Every order was wrong the 30 minutes I was there....Should drug test the entire staff!
