Bug in my sandwich. Supervisor said it wasn't a bug. 2 other employees said it was. They replaced it but who wants to eat after finding a bug?! We overheard 2 employees talking in the back about another customer finding another kind of bug in their food earlier in the day.

Fantastic experience at this location. The food was hot, fresh off the grill and exactly what I ordered. Sheila was friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute delight. I will 100% be back to this location based solely on this visit. The mozzarella fries were fantastic!

Buns on our burgers seemed day old. A lady, obviously an employee, came in front door and went in behind counter. Leaving her kid to run around. Our experience wasn't the best.

Forgot most my order. Then get told I can be put in the "books" for a meal. No confirmation or email. No refund. So glad I spent all that money to not get dinner.
