Took 30 mins for the sandwich to get delivered 1 mile from the store, and they brought a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. I called and they said they would send a replacement. Took another 40 mins for this one, and it was a toasted sandwich that was completely cold. I worked at Jimmy John's about 15 years ago, and the standards of employee performance were much higher than they are today.

We had never eaten at a Jimmy John's before, mostly because of what we knew of the former CEO game hunting. Well, we were traveling and desperate when we came across this location that looked decent and clean. Deciding to try something new, we ordered two wraps. They were delicious. The staff were friendly and we got our food super fast. What more can you ask for? This started a trend of us seeking out Jimmy John's during our trip when we needed a quick bite.

Probably my fault but ordered the Italian based on what's on the marquee, didn't know lettuce and mayo just came on it. Was a waste of money. Young lady who took the order wasn't very interested in our order. Probably won't go back.
Been a customer of the local Rock Falls Jimmy John's since it came to be. But my last delivery was very disappointing. My big John sandwich barely had an once of meat on it. No I didn't weigh it. But there were two small thin slices or roast beef that hardly covered the sandwich. At this point, I doubt I will order delivery again. And will check my sandwich before I leave the store.

Drive thru workers are friendly and ask if u have rewards program. Received a free sandwich for birthday. Liked the wraps. Chicken ceaser. Usually buy the chips and drink as well. Only downfall. Cheese is extra. Still like the variety
