Took 30 mins for the sandwich to get delivered 1 mile from the store, and they brought a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. I called and they said they would send a replacement. Took another 40 mins for this one, and it was a toasted sandwich that was completely cold. I worked at Jimmy John's about 15 years ago, and the standards of employee performance were much higher than they are today.

We had never eaten at a Jimmy John's before, mostly because of what we knew of the former CEO game hunting. Well, we were traveling and desperate when we came across this location that looked decent and clean. Deciding to try something new, we ordered two wraps. They were delicious. The staff were friendly and we got our food super fast. What more can you ask for? This started a trend of us seeking out Jimmy John's during our trip when we needed a quick bite.
90+min for delivery on most recent order no notice why, last few either missing an item or ingredient. Was told sorry no refunds. Terrible service. Get it together or clean house.

Probably my fault but ordered the Italian based on what's on the marquee, didn't know lettuce and mayo just came on it. Was a waste of money. Young lady who took the order wasn't very interested in our order. Probably won't go back.
