I ordered regular pizza and got charged more and the pizza was all crust. I went back minutes after and I had very bad customer service to return it. Never again! If I could give it lower than one star I would ordered Italian cheese bread was given tomato sauce bread with a sprinkle of cheese the bread itself had an odd texture very dry very bland.The ends were completely blackened it was so burnt ,marinara not even half full and not seasoned.I don’t know if this location is out of cheese and seasoning or what but it was terrible

Great Value, But Payment Policy Needs Review I’ve always appreciated Little Caesars, and specifically the Rock Falls location, for its incredible Hot•N•Ready value and speed. It’s consistently my first stop when I need a fast, affordable family dinner, and happen to be driving by, which is why I was ready to place a sizable order recently. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing due to a frustrating payment and coupon policy. I wanted to use a valuable coupon code I had received through my T-Mobile app, but I intended to pay for the order with cash in the store. The staff, though polite, informed me that to redeem the coupon, the entire transaction must be completed, including credit card payment, through the app while I was standing there. While I understand the drive for efficiency, being unable to use a digital code while opting for a simple in-store cash payment ultimately prevented me from completing my purchase. We ended up taking our business to the Dixon Domino’s, where I was able to easily use their app to place the exact same order and apply a coupon, but still select the option to pay cash upon pickup. I spent close to $50 on pizza and sides at the competitor. While that is just a small drop in the bucket for a corporate company, it represents a lost purchase for the Rock Falls store. It's a shame that a restrictive technical requirement keeps me from shopping here, as I genuinely enjoy the product. I hope the team considers adjusting this policy so customers can combine promotional codes with cash payments in the future. Unfortunately, until the policy changes, we will not be back as both Pizza Hut and Domino's still cater to cash payments.

You know the service isn't bad and I love the pizza, but damn this is a fast food restaurant NOT a freaking club!!! Rap music is very loud. Now I work in a non Christian factory and we grown adults can't listen to swear words. Yet this listen to this so everyone can hear it? It's not just crappy music, but I shouldn't have to hear it that loud. I get everyone likes loud music, but a bunch of 20 years old are going to be deaf my 40. Circle k is worse, I have to yell over the music, so it's not that bad here. But you should watch what you are listening to because you don't know who is going to walk through the door.

I am ordered their pizza through the doordash app and the pizza was badly put together and called there last night to talk to the manager and he was rude as he'll well they just lost my buisness and I will also let my family and friends know not to order from them unless I get an apology I will also be posting pictures of what the pizza looked like on facebook

Ordered online for delivery. Food order was $18. With service fees and tip total was $30 and change. Food was delivered 20 minutes earlier than original time, however it was barely room temperature.

It seems the manager Brandon here is a bit too eager to argue. I tried to explain that the app was telling me it could not complete the order and to call in order to get the promo. As I explained the young boy decided to cut me off before I could even finish stating that I needed to order on the app. I responded with that is why I'm calling in and would like to speak to the manager. He expressed that he was the manager and that he wouldn't be doing any promo if I didn't talk to him with respect. I proceeded to hang up the phone. Thankfully when speaking to the people at Domino's about the situation, they credited me a free order of pepperoni cheese bread with my order.
