I have the TMobile app that gives me a free crazy combo (bread sticks and sauce) every Tuesday with the purchase of a pizza. Went to the Rock Falls, Il location to redeem my free combo but wasn't able to link it to their website correctly. The employee behind the counter had no idea how to help me either, wasn't educated on how their promotional offerings are redeemed by customers. However, he did give me a free crazy bread with my pizza purchase (charging me for sauce though, which was supposed to be free via the app promotion) I'm grateful the employer did that for me but very frustrating that the employees have no knowledge of the promotional offerings their employer has online.

When I was little there was a K-Mart that had a Little Caesars inside of it, in the back. All food was made to order. It was decently priced and never let you down with the taste and quality.Believe it or not this establishment (even though modernized with the hot and fresh options) was very similar to the taste and feel.I would go back here... my kids love the crazy bread.. I myself order the Italian cheese bread.There's something for everyone.Give the menu a look they have quite a bit of options besides the 5 dollars ready to go pizza.Vegetarian options: You can definitely find vegetarian options here.There is literally a vegetarian pizza and anything can have the meat taken oft or substituted with a vegetable.Parking: Right in front of the building

The food was pretty good. I do agree with others that the wings are on the small side but they are delicious. I ordered delivery via the app and apparently they use Door Dash now. DD driver forgot an entire pizza and the gentleman I talked to said they had it and that I could come pick it up. I'll probably order from here again but it won't be soon.

6 minutes and you get a hot, well done, crispy pizza ? I haven't gotten sick once since I've been coming here. They're always cleaning. If you guy's saw the Zion,IL store you would understand why I said that. This place is great, thanks guy's and the young lady I always get great service from!!!

The current staff is great. They are so friendly and accommodating. Every time I’ve gone inside I’ve been impressed with the service.. A lot of times this generation just seems to not care about much but it was very refreshing to experience good service with younger people working
Brendon went above and beyond anything I'd expect and evem though it was close to close he still got our order in with a smile on his face. Will be highly recommending the rockfalls location to all friends and family

They are the worst! Management is horrible. They are never hot n ready. To top it off their food is horrible. The make line has been down for months an they are still serving food. I don't know how this little ceasars is still in business. Worst environment ever. If you want food poisoning then go to this location.

Terrible. Food was hard as a rock like it was sitting out all day.both the bread sticks and the pizza. I had to call 6 times for anyone to answer and when we went to pick up our food it wasn't even busy. The staff was rude and on top of all of that it made us instantly sick. We normally love little caesars but this location is awful. Don't chance it.
