Bought 2 for $6 fillet o fish, LG ? and LG diet coke. One sandwich looked like whoever made it didn't care. For $13.18 McDonald's should care. They care how they present the product in commercials so why not try harder when presenting it to the customer? I am sure that the prices of this food is substantially higher than it needs to be. I ate my food and it was as I expected flavor wise. The appearance however was not. This new " price gouging" mentality should be met with a demand from the customer to receive food as it is portrayed to be and not just tossed together in a flash to complete another order. On a more gentle note the staff who take orders both at drive up and inside are polite. I enjoy coming in for lunch almost 3 times a week because of them but when McDonald's thinks $4.59 is a good price for a LG frie it's time for me to take a look at other options.

Twice i odered double bacon quarter pounder with cheese from the app to go and it came with no bacon.Well i ordered that burger a 3rd time and finally it came with bacon.I asked what they would do for my last 2 being wrong and they said there is nothing they will do since it was previous visits

Thank you to the person I spoke to about not being able to order the flavor frappe I wanted. It’s little things like taking just a moment to remember my order even though the store was busy. Thank you for fixing something that’s wasn’t even on your end but an issue with Door Dashes system. That was extremely nice and totally made my day.

I hate giving bad reviews, it really bothers me but about the only thing that taste the same at McDonald's anymore is the coffee. No matter where you go in the entire country McDonald's coffee always tastes the same. My father always says that. But the horrible french fries good Lord and the fact that every McDonald's has to be void of anything it used to be and pretending to be and look modernistic and avant garde is just silly

I don't order drive thru very often. When I order thru the app the service is fairly quick. So quick I can't even pull up call and ask for well don't fries because they are already bringing my food out. That rarely happens that they are that quick. But I always appreciate them when they do end up bringing me well done fries when I can't modify that in the app! Rock on guys!

Employees were nice, friendly & responsive. Food was hot & good. Noticed an employee training someone - only suggestion is to have someone to clean tables when people are done. We noticed several tables that needed to be wiped down. Other than that - it's an updated McDonald's. Enjoy!
