I did not receive the toppings that I ordered. Pizza was not done. I used to frequent Pizza Hut weekly. The food has really gone downhill. Wanted me to pay for parmesan cheese.

My pizza and cheese sticks were smashed. The driver took forever to deliver and was not so friendly. Very disappointed paying that much for some food and it looks like they don’t care at all. Never ordering again!

I was visiting from out of state in March and pre-ordered three personal pan pizzas. I picked up my order at said time ready, 10:30AM. I arrive and the place is all locked up with ONE employee inside, another employee could have been behind the scenes, who knows?! But whoever the male was (grown man) that acted as if he was in charge really needs to take a few courses in how to serve your customers in any situation. I arrived, the door was locked, when the male finally opens it there was NOTHING said to me. Unlocked the door and seemed upset to be at work that morning/day. I questioned their open time because when I pre-ordered on the website it read as if the store opened at 10:00AM, not 10:30AM, I didn’t expect the response he gave me, I was shocked. I was told he couldn’t explain the website as that had nothing to do with him and that his job was within the store, WOW! He was rude until I shut him down and told him I would take up with Corporate about his horrible attitude towards customers. He literally giggled. I grabbed my bag and turned to walk out, he waited until I got to the door and then he hollered out, so sarcastically “You have a great day now!” Horrible personal pans as well. The toppings consisted of two pieces and were terribly cold, for picking up the first order of the day! I would NOT recommend this place. Instead, take a nice drive and enjoy an amazing pizza and service from a family owned pizzeria.

They gave my husband RAW CHICKEN WINGS contacted them never got through then got the OWNERS NUMBER called and texted him what happen no response. This Pizza Hut needs to be shut down.

So I was missing all my sauces. I got the cheesy bites pizza and ranch flight. There was hardly any seasoning on my bites. My pizza was barely cut as well. So I had to cut it myself. It's supposed to be 8 slices. Yet because they cut it screwed up, I had 4 large slices and 4 very thin slices. Geesh. The last couple times pizza hut has really dropped the ball. I'm also not understanding why they never had Italian sausage. I can't find any sausage pizzas at the store so I try and order out and they never have Italian sausage. My father refuses to eat at little Ceasars. We dont have Dominos so we chose pizza hut for a reason. Keep it up and we will only be going to Casey's.

Place is run down, dry wall missing from the ceiling. WORST SERVICE EVER, uninterested in doing his job, ( he had his air pods in his ear and said he was “busy” no one else was in the dinning room) had to ask for refills on drinks, items forgotten, $60 for mediocre pizza and wings, no apology for having the worst service ever. Don’t waste your time or money going here.

Nobody was training new waiter, orders weren't queued. I watched 2 families get their food (parties of 4+) before me that came in after me having only ordered one large pizza and breadsticks, order came out incorrect, supervisor behind the counter (older woman) wasn't helping the new waiter at all, just watching him stumble. Bits of trash all over the dining room floor. Really a sorry example for family dining.
Forgot to bring me my whole order and the manager was very rude and mean!!!! Not happy at all

Used the app to order 5 pizzas. It said they would be ready in 20 minutes and it was ready to go. The order was filled accurately and the pizzas were tasty. Very happy with the service at this location.

The food was great, but there aren’t prices on the menu. It costed about 90 dollars for two medium pizzas and 16 wings. The one in Freeport is a lot cheaper AND writes down the prices for everything so the bill isn’t a surprise. The waiter also only handed out PLASTIC silverware until we asked for regular silverware, and if you think that they handed them out because the regular silverware wasn’t washed you are wrong. There was regular silverware just sitting there all nice and clean and wrapped BUT instead they gave us plastic ones. In summary, food is good, watch out for plastic silverware, and try to order the least amount as possible since they HIDE the prices from you.

Kids wanted PHut and against my better judgement, i ordered for pickup. They didn't have my order when I went to pick it up. They said I must have called a different pizza hut (where?) I showed them on my phone their number. They acted like none of them knew the number. Someone finally said yeah thats our number but it must have gone to a call center. I said they answered rock falls. No resolution offered just sorry about your luck. How is this place still open?
