Where NO ONE looks at me or greets me.
I don’t care that I wait for service. NOT an issue.
This place is busy BECAUSE the products are so good.
But the fact that a customer could enter your store and NOT be greeted is absolutely INSANE to me.
The service in Rock Falls is SO. MUCH. BETTER.
It’s taken me like 8+ trips before I finally made this post.
Someone should really train these baristas how to represent your business.
It makes me not even want to come here, when this is EASILY the best place in town.

Good spot for quick sandwich and coffee. Bright clean decore. Order and pick up at counter. Had breakfast bowl, was okay. I ordered "eat in" received packed for take out.

love this place! however (unless i’m missing a post or something) their own in house delivery is so inconsistent. I think a lot of us would agree we’d rather give the money directly to the business rather than Doordash, what is inconsistent about it is that sometimes they offer in-house delivery and sometimes they don’t, with no reasoning

Great atmosphere! I’ve never felt uncomfortable at any locations. It’s always a cozy setting with nice interior decor that livens up the shop(s). The staff has always been friendly and I’ve never once dealt with any disrespect which is very much appreciated. There’s only been one sort of mistake made with an order of mine and it was easily fixed by me taking something off a sandwich. Not a big deal whatsoever. I always enjoy having a beer or some wine as well on occasion at the shops. I’m aware the staff are extra busy as well given the addition of Door Dash. I wish the staff Sophie’s the best of luck with that given that I’m a delivery driver for the company and I’m well aware that that always adds stress to the job. In closing, my inner child has had the pleasure of finding Waldo a couple of times and getting a free pastry. Keep up the great work guys! 🫶🏼

New guy in the kitchen is extremely rude. Takes forever to make food even when there’s only one order. Constantly gives attitudes to the ladies he works with. Came in on a very busy Saturday and he yelled at the girls up front when they asked for an update on my order. I feel sorry for the ladies who have to work with him.

Stopped in 8/10/24 for drinks and ended up staying for a bit so that we could gamble. The employee that took our drink order was very polite & knowledgeable. No issues there. After a little while I went to order food from a different employee now working the counter. The first item I asked for I was told they didn't have, which was fine. I asked if I could order a different item & was told "I guess" with an eye roll. Once the order was done I was given it in a to go container & a bag. Mind you they were a while from closing at this point & nothing was said to me at all. A little more time goes on & the rest of my group was told very rudely that the hours changed from 6pm to 4pm this week. Not updated on the google website or facebook page so we had no clue but had no issues leaving at all. Once we were in the parking lot we see said employee run out of the side door to her car & speed from the parking lot. I don't know if it was her having a bad day, wanting to leave right at 4pm, no clue. First time there for a few of us & we are disappointed in the customer service from this employee. After reading other reviews on their Facebook page it seems common to get this sort of treatment. Other than that the drinks were great. Food was okay.
