The other day I came through atomic after working at the hospital. I ordered just a basic cotton candy and the girl taking my order couldn’t have been more rude. She had brown curly hair and glasses, I don’t know if she was rolling her eyes at me or someone else but I may have counted like 3 in a span of 2 minutes. When taking my order she didn’t even give a smile or a hello just asked what I wanted with no emotion and then didn’t even give an option to tip when she took my card. When she handed me the drink she didn’t say anything and just closed the window with attitude. Sorry I just wanted to get a drink after a 10 hour shift working with patients who don’t even get the opportunity to work.

I’ve been a customer for quite awhile. Service continues to decline. Waited in the drive thru for 32!!!! Minutes. For 3 cars ahead of me. Then when I got to the window the worker slyly said to her friend “she looks mad” oh I wonder why? And then was by far the rudest worker I’ve ever come into contact with there. I see she’s mentioned in other comments as well. Brown hair. Wearing camo today. Then, on top of this, gave me my drink with the lid on halfway so it dumped all over my lap. Horrible experience and makes me never want to return. Also, the last 4 times I’ve been thru, as soon as they open the window it REEKS like rotten milk. So bad.

I have been going to atomic on a regular for a few years now and recently the service has not been good. Specially this girl with glasses and brown hair, she is nothing but rude when she is on window. I don’t expect the ground I walk on to be worshipped, but a smile at most is expected for any customer service job. She has a terrible attitude and closes the window as soon as she hands away the drink without even saying a word.

You will sit in a drive thru for 10+ minutes to pull up to a window only to be rushed by a teenage girl to get a drink that tastes like chemicals that will cost $8 or so.

I've been a customer here for a few years, and the service and customer service have significantly declined. The drinks are inconsistent; I had to stop ordering energy drinks and switch to coffee because the energy drinks were often too thick with syrup or tasted like water. Today, I was charged $7.50 for a 16oz coffee with no substitutions. The employee didn't give me the card reader to sign, so I suspect she added a tip for herself. I didn't notice until I got home and don't want to go back to resolve it because the staff are unfriendly.
You really need a manager on duty, better training, or just to hire more decent people. Whenever I'm waiting for my drink, the employees are always swearing, gossiping, or complaining about the cleanliness of workstations. If a drink is wrong, they get visibly angry and make the situation worse. Don’t get me wrong, you have maybe 1 or 2 good employees, but they definitely don’t make up for the bad. You need to improve because you're seriously underperforming I won’t be back.

the last 2 times ive been to the Rock island Atomic I sat in line for a good 10-15 minutes. Ordered the boba with my drinks & got maybe 10 pieces of boba? Why charge so much but yet give so little… Today i went, and my drink is literally all ice and maybe 11 pieces of boba this time 😂 Every sip i had ice in it with little to drink.. I’ll just go to bettendorf or make my own again…
