Usually never have problems with this place but today was unacceptable. Not only I waited 15mins in line, when I get to the window I have a 10mins to clock in at work which I assume I have plenty of time to collect my refreshments, lady at the window told me to hold on while she stands there over 5 minutes not taking orders. I drove off because why make a big scene over coffee but you got a google review instead 🙂. Thanks

I have visited this small business multiple times on my way to church and to work. Their food is top tier. I have only used the drive thru do to convenience and efficiency. I usually get a food or pastry item in addition to a hot beverage. Today, I brought my mother with me on the way to church. We ordered a Bacon, Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit, a Spinach, Egg, and Provolone English Muffin in addition to a spiced chai and latte. The only issue was that the spinach sandwich had a slice or two of deli meat and this is not mentioned on the menu. I have no issue with eating meat, but this was a pleasant surprise, especially for having vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. I hope to continue to support this business and that they have accuracy on their menu with the food that they serve to their customers.

I do like this place and recommend, i put dont recommend ao this would be seen, over most places around here. Unfortunately one of your workers should be written up or something. Me and a buddy of mine went through the drive thru and he was in a vehicle in front of me. He ordered his stuff and then asked if the car behind had ordered or paid yet (that was me). The girl said no, so he said that he wants to pay for mine and whatever is left to keep as a tip (two $10 bills). I go up, order and end up paying for mine and he asked me about it later on and seen that he paid for me and I told him that I still had to pay for mine(which means she probably pocketed it). So whoever the girl is, we went at 8 am on Saturday, March 1st, he said she was a light skin girl with a slight attitude in her voice. We both get it, times are tough but why do that? Like come on.
I had held off going here because I don't like Rock Island much. I'm glad I stopped in, though! The drink I got hit my taste buds just right and gave me the perfect late morning kick I needed. Not too much, not too little, just right. The baristas were pretty rad & professional and quick too! A great experience at a price lower than some other shops that have a forever long line car line. I'll go back to Awake Coffee again soon!

The staff was very nice but the food and drinks were not it! Coffee was watery and bitter and my energy drink tasted flat. We tried their breakfast sandwiches and they had no flavor. I got one with spinach on it and got only a couple pieces. Overall 2/10

Love this coffee shop so much! The staff is so nice, it feels like a cozy place where u can study and eat. Their rewards system is pretty good you get a free drink at 10 points. I keep coming back! The drinks are so well priced and really good + the panini portions is huge for 7$ super worth it!
